just wanted to share my experience with you guys. Will I'm 3 wks post op now and had just over 4000 grafts done. Dr De Yarman was very kind and professional. We had talked several times on the phone and had my consultation done on the phone as well since I live in Nor Cal and his office is in San Diego. He took his time explaining everything to me. I did like the fact that I was sedated during the procedure and don't remember much. FYI this was my second transplant, the first one was done about 4-5 yrs ago with another dr. The donor site feels pretty good, its still a little sore if I press on it. My scalp is also sore but normal. I did suffer from shock loss, but knew it was gonna happen. I will try to post pictures when I get a chance.

The transplant was done about 4 yrs ago. Now there is no way I can say if he did 3000+ grafts or not but judging from what I see on my head now and seeing a couple of friends who had similar procedure done with the same number of grafts, I just am not happy with what I have now. The surgery went very well with Dr Meshkin, I had mild pain for a couple of days with no complications. He started around 9 am and I was done by 2. So I don't know, but I don't have alot of hair to show for it now. I'll try to post some after picture. I don't know if I have my before pics

Hello, new to the forum. Want to start by saying thanks to everyone for all the great information on this site. So I want to get my second transplant done within the next 2 months. First one was done by Dr Meshkin in Orange County. I'm not happy with the results. I just dont think he did as many grafts as promised. I was a class V when I had it done about 3 yrs ago and now I'm a class VI. The surgery only took about 4-5 hrs. So now I'm thinking of going to Dr Deyarman in San Diego. What do you guys think of him?? thanks

Hello, I'm new to the site. I have MPB and am in my late 30s and now looking into HT. Does anyone know of a good HT Dr. in the Bay Area. Any input in the matter is appreciated. thanks
