I did my first hair transplant for the front area on Jan 2017 then followed by two surgeries on 2018 and 2019.. recently my hair is getting very dry and falls . i tried many topical products like essential oils, biotin spray and recently folligen since it has a lot of positive reviews. i'm getting Zinc and biotin all the time as well . also PRP last year .. any advise ?

i have been to Cosmedica,everything works fines expect i felt the techniain team there in rush to finish the procedure, i can't judge it right now. either they r very professional or they don't care with details. also they extracted a lot of hair grafts but only 2/3 of them have been implanted. doctor justified some grafts are not suitable to implant. but overall it is fine but please ask them for sedation before the anathesia it is painful

any update which one is offer the best result ?or anyone has a previous experience with them?
