Also visited a site by dr. diep that was mentioned earlier in this postings. Hes very good from what I've seen. I thik hes in california san fran area. When i visit there next month I'll be checking his work out and visiting his office. He did this procedure on a man in his 50s that looked stellar. Which comes to my next point. Even though you may be healthy I believe that you need to be very healthy to get the best treatment possible. Eating right, veggies, protein, your greens, vitamins and exercising. I read somewhere that people who dont take care of themselves wont experience a good procedure. Young guys may be able to get away with it but may still be prone to getting less than great procedures done. Maybe vitamin injections could boost your system and will help your body cope more from the ill effects of hair transplants maybe? Would anyone like to chime in about this and oiffer their opinion?

I agree with you. But in general anyone's top 10 list of docs will contain a mixed list of similar docs, give or take a few. Dr. Diep is cool. I saw his videos and pics. Only wish he and the other best docs would produce consistent work. Meaning, you always have that stubborn uncontrollable issue with shock loss that can occur with anyone at any time. Wish they'd eliminate it completely from human existence! If they did the hair transplant industry would be far more trusted.

H&W is amazing at what they do. I like Lorenzo's work. Lorenzo has produced the most dense work I've ever seen in a patient. And the patient was a norwood 3 or 4. Dorin does great work too. Too bad his practice is far from me! Recently I've looked at work from Turkey and its scary! I seen a video where a Turkish doc packed so many follicles on the scalp that I almost caught a heart attack. I wouldnt trust those guys.

Well then you should follow my logic and you should expect a great transplant from the top 10 surgeons. You would save lots of money too. You should also expect dense hair no matter your age since you agree with my logic and are confident with my expertise. But seriously, its obvious you don’t know squat about hair transplant procedures, not even from the top 5. Its normal but weird that you think you know more than the doctors themselves at your advanced age knowing how out of date you are with the latest in hair tech.

No offense but something about your post doesnt resonate with sense. If you had a user troll you, you couldve easily reported it and that user wouldve been banned or at least given an infracture. Being many in number I'm also confused about your transplant procedures. Looking at your thumbnail pic, you dont need any more procedures. Why would you need to get another procedure done then? Something doesnt sound right here. Btw, Lorenzo of Spain is definitely in the top 3 when it comes to hair transplants. Again, no offense but something about your story isnt flowing right.

But whats the difference in a doc specializing in FUE versus a doc specializing in FUT if they both deliver the same quality HT? If theyre Top 10 delivering the same quality I could care less who specializes in FUT or FUE. The most important thing is that they give me the best work possible. As long as my hair is crazy dense with a cool hairline FUT or FUE wont matter since the result will be the same.

Dr Hasson 660 hairline grafts update
glenalm replied to Aftermath's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Damn!!! This is better than other doctor's HTs. But one crucial concern I got is that looking at Hasson's work he doesnt seem to invest in good hairlines except for yours. Why did he give you a good deep hairline but for the rest of the patients he hasnt done the same thing? This is very strange and concerning. -
Any Leaps in Hair Transplant Technology?
glenalm replied to glenalm's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Among other issues like shock loss. They already have cloning. But not yet available to the public. Sadly, one of the biggest hurdles new medical tech has to overcome is the stupid FDA regulations and compliance standards. Assessing the risks, safety, research, finding the right amount of dosage, etc, are requirements the FDA is infamous for employing which delay crucial, much needed medication to the general public. From what I read, the FDA is more about politics than safety. Thats another obstacle to keep mindful of. -
Any Leaps in Hair Transplant Technology?
glenalm replied to glenalm's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Exactly! Unfortunately current technology isn't sophisticated enough to completely counter the ill effects of genetic programming, even with some early successes with gene therapy in certain medical conditions, for example. Like I said, technology is the only missing link that will have to provide a solution to these problems in areas like deep balding where skill will most likely fail. -
Any Leaps in Hair Transplant Technology?

The problem with ultra refined follicular grafts is that you still run into the same 2 traditional problems encountered with any hair transplant technique. The first being shock loss and the second the risk that the grafts might not grow. Even though I agree that it may still increase your chances of getting a good transplant relative to the old dinosaur techniques of the 80s and 90s, skill alone still DOES NOT remove these risks. Technology, not skill necessarily, will most likely provide a patch against these issues. That said, the question now is who are the best surgeons? -
But the patient has more weight than the doctor. In this case the doctor should not be given equal footing with the patient. Its good to see a forum dedicated to fairness. But when it comes to hair transplant procedures being delicate in nature where the patient is completely affected by its unpredictable outcome, patients must be given more precedence than the doctor. Personally I have talked to doctors who have been less than forthcoming in their honesty. Unfortunately the hair transplant industry is fraught with beguilements, cover-ups and lies to garner revenue for doctors at their patients expense. A good yard stick to measure the patient-doctor dynamic would be 70/30, that is, grant 70% credence to the patient and 30% to the doctor.

Are there permanent hair wigs where you dont need further treatment?

Shampoo? ok.. But are there companies that provide rich hair density?
