    I believe that one of the doctors that I am considering in The Philippines does not shave or buzzcut. This is one of the reasons why I am considering her, although she is not a very active emailer. I saw her videos and it shows how sticky tape is used in donor area to get access.

    My condition is a lot worse, especially at the front and I have been quoted upto 2500 grafts and as low as 1500. It really varies from surgeon to surgeon.

    It also depends what country is involved as it is the norm to haggle in ones while it is taboo in others.

    I'm planning on getting FUE done in a few weeks. So far, Drs. Manzanares and Arambulo have responded. One says that I need 3500 units while another says 2500. Prices are in $4000 range. Go figure. Dr. Arambulo has lots of videos of her work but I also happened to find a job ad looking for junior nurses or pharmacists with no experience for her clinic. This is somewhat offputting.

    Then you need to contact your local MP and get him/her to lobby against it. Currently, British NHS is the laughing stock of the whole world with medical tourists flooding in from all over the world to get every imaginable procedure done for free. No need to shoot the messenger for delivering these news.

    A lot of elective surgeries can be done for free in UK on their NHS. I am not going to explain here how it is done but a bit of googling will give you the idea and how millions of people do it for free.

    Laser works only on dark hair, not light ones. I use it regularly on neck and underarms and am happy with results. No pain as such but it really depends how high the machine is turned. The higher it is turned, the better it works but you will also feel the zaps.

    I am a regular Botox user for forehead and am very happy with results. I do this twice per year, instead of recommended 3-4 times per year. Effects can be seen on the same day with lines and wrinkles completely disappearing within 48 hours. Costs just A$349 per session which is nothing for the price of wrinkle free looks.

    Advanced Hair stem cell treatment is definitely interesting but they don't say how much it costs. Knowing that they are one of the most expensive clinics in the field, along with Ashley & Martin, I wouldn't be surprised if the price was way over the top.

    Looks like Dr. Arika does a very decent job. She is now very high on my top choice dr list.

    Very impressive transformation. Congrats! I've been in contact with this clinic and within half an hour of sending them an email I got a phonecall from them. So, am waiting for a price and further details from them. I am somewhat surpirised that this clinic is not on the recommended list here.

    Dr Radha has undergone full FUE training and I believe that she is now fully qualified FUE practicioner.

    All abovenamed docors have great international reputations and are recommended by main hair networks. I have contacted all of them and have received surprising responses. Ranging from just maintaining my hair with medical treatment to having 1000 grafts to having 4000 grafts. These responses have left me pretty confused.
