The strip for the latest HT is the top one as you can see in Photo 6 there is 2 strip the bottom one is from the 2 old HTs all 3 of them span from one side to the other of the back of my head.

Thanks Chris39 I cant remember exact numbers the first surgery about 15 years ago about 1500, the second a year after that 3000 grafts, basically what on the top of my head front to back is transplanted hair, not very short as you can see in photo 10 above, Fuss is the best way as far as i researched specially if you have low donor hair, its pain full, if you can do FUE the recovery is very short about 14-30 days and no pain, I still have numbness from the first HT.

I started loosing my hair around 20 years of age and at age of 26 had my first transplant surgery and the next year had my second Hair transplant in Toronto by a doctor who moved to LA and can't remember his name my hair looked OK except the hair line looked unnatural and after that for 7 years but if you looked at my hair line close enough you can tell I had a transplant and started loosing more hair and looking bad so at age 41 started to look for another sergeant. First I looked at Canadian doctors and the prices where around the 20k Canadian so I kept seeing and hearing about Turkey's low prices, so I started to do some research, and I found prices as low as 1200 Euro and as high as 10k Euro, after sending my pictures to about 15 doctors in Turkey, most of them where pushing me to come and do the surgery ASAP, so couldn't make up my mind with witch doctor to go with with so I decided to do some more research, and found that the lower price clinics do more than 3 surgeries at the same day, with one doctor and they promise some high graft numbers that it cant be possible to do in one session, also I found some clinics have a good name doctor but it wont be him or her doing the transplant, also i found some clinics that the doctor is not even involved with surgery they just use his or her name. so I decided that I want a Doctor that is certified and that he doesn't do more than two surgeries at the same time and the most important part that he will be doing the surgery himself and has good reviews, So I found Dr. Ali Emre Karadeniz (Dr. K) and got in touch with him in May 2016 and after few emails with him decided to go for it, so I booked in June and I went to Turkey. when I arrived in Istanbul, I was picked up at the airport by a car service provided by the Doctor the ride took about 35 minutes, I arrived to the hotel witch was included in the package (2 night included and I stayed 4 nights total 60 Euro per night) very nice 4-5 star hotel near a Mall with good restaurants, the mall is one minute walking distance and its on the way to the Doctor's clinic (walking 2 minutes) I arrived on a Sunday so I didn't hear anything from the doctor's office they close on Sundays but the next morning one of his staff called me then took me there for the consultation, the clinic was very clean and modern, the consultation took about an hour. We decided to go with the strip method for the reason of not having large enough donor area for FUE, because of having 2 previous strip surgeries, FUE was possible but will not give the coverage I was looking for. so I was dreading the pain of strip surgery and recovery time and also I still had pain in one area even after 14 years later. when the Doctor removed the strip he noticed that the previous doctor had cut too deep and that was causing the pain in that area and so I don't know what the doctor did he made it better, and now that pain is gone, every time the pain got bad during surgery in the donor area the doctor injected more anesthesia so it was mainly comfortable, it took about 8 hours, the swelling took about a week to go away. the swelling and the pain was minor compared to my last 2 surgeries, my hair is already getting thicker after 4 months. the doctor also improved the hair line to be more natural, over all I'm glad I went with Doctor Ali Emre Karadeniz, he also extracted the the donor area himself and made all the incisions, and checked on me every few minuted and he does one surgery per day. I will keep updating at 6 months, 9 months, 1 year and so on the first 2 pics are before surgey the second 2 pics are 2 days after the fifth one is about 10 days the sixth one is about 2 weeks after taking out staples the top line is the new one pics 7-10 are 4 months after surgery
