  1. It's like the surgeon waved a magic wand over your head! Incredible results at only four months, this is when so many people only begin to see growth. Can't wait to see how those temples look once the redness had completely gone.
  2. Is this a joke? Your results are fantastic, it doesn't even look like you've had surgery (I mean, it looks like you naturally have a good head of hair).
  3. It takes about an hour for your body to get rid of the small amount of alcohol contained in one beer. One beer on day five, day ten etc would do absolutely nothing.
  4. Patience. Most won't sprout until 4-6 months.
  5. Perhaps ask the staff at Eugenix to arrange a Cortisone shot for your knee? There are a few hospitals nearby the clinic (from what I've seen on Google Maps).
  6. Brilliant result. Looking from the front, one wouldn't know you were suffering from hairloss at all!
  7. Could you please share your two-month photos too? And some details about the clinic, graft count etc.?
  8. It appears your photos have not uploaded.
  9. Could you please recommend a good clinic in Turkey? 😆
  10. That just looks so ridiculously natural! The design of the hairline and the placement of grafts is absolutely superb.
  11. The more research you do, the better. This is your head, of course you should be involved in the design. The hairline drawn by them in your attached photo is simply for the purposes of providing you an estimate of grafts required. It would of course be accurately drawn and adjusted according to your wishes at the time of in-person consultation and surgery.
  12. So often we have new members coming to the forum who are recent recipients of a HT surgery, asking newbie questions to which they should have known the answers long before undergoing surgery; or worse, members who are rightfully concerned after having recently visited a 'hair mill'. The question that always immediately crosses my mind is 'How did you not come straight to this forum during your initial research?', as so much anxiety and/or pain could be avoided had he done so. It has been a thought back to which I have repeatedly come, so a couple of days ago I did a simple Google search for 'hair transplant'. The Hair Restoration Network is nowhere to be seen in the results. A search on Yahoo does yield a link to the Hair Transplant Network on the second page of results, however Google currently holds a 92% market share of search engines. I can't remember exactly how I found the forum six or seven years ago, but I'm guessing it was the result of a Google search. Has something changed to cause https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com to lose visibility? This forum has been the single-most important information resource for all the research I have done on hair restoration; it is certainly the only online resource that I feel has any credibility. There is a stark contrast between the HRN and, for example, Reddit with all its faceless, nameless posters and of course, Google, with all its five-star reviews from single-review accounts. Could a few other users perhaps do a search, to see if the HRN is displayed as a result?
  13. I think this is why you have received such a varied reaction here on the forum. Most people here view hair restoration as a journey and it is common practice that when someone posts a negative review or a bad experience, forum members usually come together to offer suggestions on how he can move forward and improve his results. Whereas you seem to want to leave your negative review and not entertain any ideas as to how you can improve your hair further. You are right to post your review and opinion and I have to agree, I wouldn't be pleased with the hairline either. However, this thread is now six pages long and is becoming more argumentative than constructive. I'm sure it would take fewer than one thousand grafts, perhaps only five hundred, to give you a denser hairline that would make you happy when you look in the mirror. Just go and get it done or else in six months from now, you are still going to be as bitter as today.
  14. There is no way I'd be blaming Clomid after just nineteen days. It's just not enough time to increase your testosterone to such a degree that the DHT byproduct is raised for long enough to impact your hair follicles. If you actually have low testosterone, you should talk to a doctor and have blood work done to check your levels, if you haven't already. Low testosterone itself can cause hair loss and an array of other health issues for men.
  15. Do you have any post-op photos that show the graft placement? It's impossible to adequately judge how you are coming along without seeing how many grafts were planted.
  16. Please note that Eugenix has updated its packages since your transplant. Senior doctors now perform the Rs. 120 Exclusive Package; Dr. Arika is no longer involved in it.
  17. I'm currently 34. I had a receded hairline by the time I was 20 and was a Norwood 5A by my mid-twenties. Just after I turned 29 in 2016 I had approx 2,900 grafts transplanted into my frontal scalp and started using 5% Minoxidil twice daily. I've never used Finasteride, didn't want to risk the side effects. For a while the Minoxidil seemed to beef up my existing native hairs on the top of my head quite well, to the point that I started taking my hair for granted and not always using it as religiously as I should have. After a while my hair started thinning but I didn't pay too much attention to it, as I still had a decent hairline in the mirror. Then when Covid hit, I had quite a bit going on with work changes and relocating back to my home country and my hair-care just ended. Within a year I became a full blown NW6, with just my transplanted grafts hanging on at the front. I'm currently booked in for a second HT later this year. To answer your last question, I have never tried natural remedies, nor do I know anyone who has.
  18. If your hair loss has not stabilised and you are actively losing hair and do not start Finasteride or any other treatment, you will continue to lose the hair that is susceptible to male pattern baldness. Your transplanted hairs should be safe, as they are taken from the area of your scalp that is not susceptible. However, if you still have native hair on the top of your head, you could continue to lose that hair, which would result in decreased density. I'm speaking from personal experience here!
  19. No. Minoxidil can improve the health and therefore, the calibre, of hair that hasn't advanced too far on the process of miniaturisation. However, your grafts should have been taken from your safe donor area, where hair has not been affected by miniaturisation, therefore adding minoxidil to it will yield no effect.
  20. Saline solution is a sterile solution with salt levels similar to what is found in blood. Sea water has about forty times more salt in it as well as micro-organisms, bacteria, etc. As well as that, going for an ocean dip is likely to expose you to the sun's rays, hardly ideal for a fresh HT. Just stick to your surgeon's instructions, it's really not that hard.
  21. Saline solution is nothing special, you don't need to search for a particular brand, it's literally just salt water. Just ask your pharmacist. You can probably even find it in your local supermarket.
