  1. I would like to see the break down of the cases your reference too. It’s just logic what I stated. Again hair type will vary but your hair doesn’t look any thick than mine so I would say that’s about right what I said.
  2. If you want density like I have you need at least 80-100 grafts placed per sq cm. You can go to best doctor in the world and if your not getting close to that you will always look thin. Now keep in mind if your starting from scratch that would only be possible in 2-3 passes. If you have existing hair to work with you could look great in one pass. I think most people average on about 2-2.5 hairs per graft if you average out the total grafts extracted (singles,2s,3s..). 1mm punch is way too big. .08mm for natural results. mine was done with a combination of .07 and .08 punches and after 8300 grafts my donor looks great!!
  3. Yeah that’s why I hate hearing all this talk about fue not being ideal for large cases. Everyone I see with the fut scar And looking at their results, I say to myself it’s ok , but not any better than mine. Some people on here fail to realize its how many grafts that can be placed in a sq cm that will give you density. As far as I know DHI is the best and the only way to place grafts close enough to mimic nature. Sure some people with thick hair look good maybe in one pass. But you and I both know the longer you grow your hair the more obvious the results of your procedure are. Medium Short hair is so easier to pull off. Hell , I can buzz my hair or grow long 😊
  4. Notice any results from his oil’s?Notice any results from his oil’s?
  5. Dr. Nader Does the entire extraction. He has one assistant that helps with the placement. About 4 other girls separating the grafts and preparation and loading the pen tool for implants. Also he also makes a small slits that he punches the pen tool in that seems to make all the difference. That pen tool enables him to really be precise and extraction process is so well done and spread evenly I honestly feel even after 8300 grafts I could do another 2k. Take a look at the one picture above which maybe only 2 months after.
  6. I think he is a little over $2. Maybe 2.50
  7. True. I needed about 100 grafts per sq cm to get my hair the thickness I wanted. I know that is not possible in one pass. But I have had at least 70% of my head done.
  8. He is good no doubt but some of his stuff is people with minor balding. I mean hell I a forehead past my ears and a pretty bad thinning crown. So when I see this great results with only 1500 grafts I know it’s not possible in a large area. It’s just not
  9. A little deceiving if you ask me. Because he actually shaves down the thinning area which makes him look more bald. Judging by the first pic he is not that bald to begin with. So 1500 grafts would be good.
  10. I never heard of any complaints. Only you have to email him more than once initially to get your appointment. After that and you have the transplant you would get a personal phone number.
  11. That guy has black thick hair. I have light thin hair. But by comparison I probably have the same amount of grafts in front as him because the rest went to my crown.
  12. This is right before I went down. Same as picture as above just longer hair. was not excessive because I also had crown work done.
  13. If you can grow you hair long and it looks like this you know you have a great doctor. Most transplants do not look good long. And for me I was bald past my ears before. Lol Dr. Nader is one of the best!!
  14. Dr. Nader gave me a pretty good hairline.
  15. Just washed my hair. Remember I am only 5 months out from 3rd pass. 😊 I tried to brush it a few different ways.
  16. That entire front , probably to mid scalp is all transplant.
  17. That’s him. I was so impressed with his results and I think mine are even better🙂 but only because I went for a third pass. 35,35,35 .....supposedly I have around 100 grafts per sq cm in my front. I tell you it looks better now then it did 20 years ago. 😆
  18. Lol, no but that guy is the one who inspired me to go down to Mexico. 7 years? We could be talking about a different guy?
  19. Just want to share it’s been 5 years since my first procedure. I can honestly say that my hair loss has definitely come to a halt or very slow using these oils for a good 4 years now. I started using peppermint oil mixed in a spray bottle with filtered water. About twice a day I spray my hair down pretty good before I use the rogaine foam. So far so good. I have added some drops of other oils since then like rosemary oil.
  20. How many graft were you able to get fut? Do you know how many grafts he placed per sq cm?
  21. Not sure if you know this but dr. Nader did fut for many years prior to switching over to fue. I ask him why he switched? He said with the implanter tool and fue he had a more consistent better results. Ever talk to nader about your results?
