  1. Whats the hairloss story, when did it began, any hair routine before surgery? To many times we see people going straight to surgery and thus wasting grafts and money. Its good to read about plans to have a post sur routine bc many times people dont even care about that.
  2. Seeing that op just used propecia before, the surgery wasnt prob the best option and when results also wasnt as wished it seems like a bummer, not trying to sound pessimistic but hey, its not a good thing to four yourself. Could prob have saved a ton of grafts if the regimen was a little bit better pre op. Imagine minox and microneedling with propecia, it would def have given some nice results. And if it with a small chance wouldnt, well then we at least tried.
  3. Whats the hairloss history, when did it started, any regimens pre op and post op?
  4. Holy crap that is sad. Clicking the thread I didnt notice the op date in the post. So thought this is where the journey begin, but looking at that post op pic one could really tell, damn thats not good. Seen several results that went bad that had that kind of post op look(not talking about the hairline). It just looks very unprofessional, and when adding the fact that they left grafts over lunch is just insane. If they were there laying plain open in the air and not in a solution its even more crazy.
  5. While I dont think the op has that much of a credit due to promotional links, I do think there are a lot of good natrual remedies out there, however I havnt seen anything claiming to "regrow bald spots" so thats no argument against natural oils. Regarding DHT, rosemary oil inhibits 5-alpha-reductase by over 80 %, not that bad right? But thats not the only thing, its anti inflammatory, reduces fibrosis, increases blood flow and even more, so...
  6. I have commented the donor before but when there is itching to and so long after it dosnt sound pleasant. I dont really see the point with Diep using so big punches. Here is a similar case with another doctor and the donor looks much better.
  7. Seems like great yield. Did they use an implanter pen or forcep to place the grafts?
  8. Although I have seen alot of Dr Dieps results on youtube (and they looked great) I have never seen any case posted so this will be nice to follow, but I do have to admit I got terrified watching that post-op, so I do hope everything will be ok and heal up well.
