  1. Hi Davis, yeah I think 6 months is a bit much but my surgeon insists to wait 6 months due to the chemicals in hair fibres.
  2. The reason why my doctor opposes the use of Toppik because it contains many chemicals.
  3. Hi Shera, Thanks for your reply. After the first procedure I waited at least 2.5 months before I applied any Toppik, probably twice a month after that and then daily after 8 months. I did wash it out every evening. It was a success to an extent, there was growth but lacked density. My first procedure was only on the front region, so I used the Toppik to cover middle region and crown. My procedure last week covered the whole area.
  4. Last week I underwent a transplant, FUE procedure of 5,000 grafts. This is my second transplant in 2 years. My first procedure was FUT. I have always used a high amount of concealer though mainly Toppik. After my first procedure my surgeon recommended me to wait at least 2 weeks before I use any Toppik again which I had no problem doing but after my procedure last week my surgeon has recommended I wait at least 6 months before I use hair concealer again which took me by surprise. I go back to work soon and was hoping to use Toppik again but is it necessary that I wait for at least 6 months or is it safe to use after 2 weeks or try and hold off for as long as I can? Thank you.
  5. Hey Mickhah, I'm from Dublin and in June I had some treatment with Dr.Saifi. I would highly recommend him. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in contact with me.
  6. I'm considering going for surgery with Dr Dua in India, strip surgery in combination with Bio-FUE to give me about 4,500-5000 grafts in one session. I would like to know if anyone had a HT with Dr Dua before, I know he is recommended by this website, any feedback of their experience would be most grateful. Thank you.
  7. Hello everyone, This June I am hoping to undergo FUT, at this moment I am doing my research and trying find the best place to have this procedure. I am nearly completed bald on top and realise I'm probably have to eventually get 2 or 3 procedures at least. I have contacted a few surgeons on the list from this website with my information and photos. I have had a few responses today but one in particular said that my donar area was very limited, only the frontal area can be developed and you will not achieve a satisfactory result and just told me "it is better to give up the thought". I appreciated his honesty but I was hit for six. The next email I received from a different surgeon in the same country gave me a different story, he told me I would need two procedures at least but would achieve full coverage, donar area was fine and gave me a reasonable price. I still am waiting on others to respond to me but I am just really confuse what to do next, like I thought all the physicians on this website are experienced and be relatively on the same wave length? I know I'm in the NH grade 6 region but is it to late or will I continue?? I would be satisfied with 2/3 coverage front and middle region, all I want to know really is do I save my money or just go for it?? Any feedback would be appreciated.
