  1. Agree. And the harvest and the hairline are demanding chores that require a skilled and experienced hand. Can't be learned in two weeks.
  2. Great result ! Cool idea to blast through the result. Would be better if you put up how many grafts, though. But excellent job.
  3. If a doctor could produce a pill to cure hair loss he would make it and market it because he would be much richer than just doing hair transplants. I don't think it will matter a wit that doctors would not support manufacturer of a cure all because they would not be the ones to invent it. Seems like this pill is not going to be made in my lifetime so what difference does it make? Nada.
  4. I think his collagues would disagree with him that FUE is so easy it can be learned in a couple of weeks. Did he say that was all the training he himself has? That's frightening. He must know the more you do something the better at that something one gets. How can this be lost on a doctor? I would not re viist with a doctor like this.
  5. Thumbs up! Great results. His curled hair helps also. The difference is remarkable. He must be extremely happy. I have been researching for a while and Dr. Keller is definitely one of the best doctors in the midwest. He produces regularly excellent results but he's not given enough credit.
  6. Really nice soft/natural hairline. That's what I am looking for. Mine does not look anything like his.
  7. This is what I want. If I could only have this result for my hair line I would be so happy. Looking forward to visiting in New York. Keep up the excellent work.
  8. Dr. Bloxham could you tell us what you are doing when you get a chance? Tell us, don't show us though !Thank you.
  9. That's a different perspective. Not sure this is something I would want to watch for any length of time. Thank G-D for doctors because this is not something I would want to do everyday. Thankfully they can do it and help us.
  10. A take off on Ancient Aliens, it's funny but maybe using the words "ancient" and "hair transplantation" together is not a good idea??????? Love the results though and love your videos.
  11. I can tell you from my own real life experience that the most important of the important is the hair line. My doctor put in multi haired grafts into my hairline and it does not look natural and it can be seen across the street. I am going to visit with Dr. Feller to see if he can repair my hairline. He was not my first doctor that was someone in the midwest. Do your research cause there is plenty of info on this sight.
  12. This is what I was trying to say Napavalley. You traveled and spent so much money and then ran into a problem for which you could not visit your hair doctor. Instead you had to visit a skin doctor in your area to get treated. Wouldn't it have been easier and safer just to have the procedure done in your area? Your story as sad as it is supports my position that travel is not a good idea. And didn't your hair transplant doctor know about your skin condition? By the way what is your skin condition I don't know what LLP is. Does it just pop up? Did you tell your hair doctor about it? I hope you can get treatment and your hair can grow back.
  13. This sounds like a doctor making a brand and doesn't sound any different than other transplants. Be careful of doctors who do this. It doesn't mean the doctor isn't good but it's marketing. If you can find out more about it tell us.
  14. This is an excellent result. You should have seen mine years ago. Very spaced out and unnatural. No density at all and hairline looks unnatural. This gentleman has no problem like that. Silver hair looks incredible. I'm getting ready for my consultation with Dr. Feller in New York to address my hairline. Thank you doctor for posting your patient and giving us guys hope that things have changed in ten years.
  15. This looks really great. Mine looked nothing like this when I had one done years ago. You have no spaces between your hairs and none of the big scabs. My scabs were on for weeks. I think you are going to look great.
  16. This is nothing short of astonishing doctor. This is why I want to visit with you and have you evaluate me. I had one transplant ten years ago in the midwest and the results were not good. I have an unnatural hairline and I need to get that addressed. If you can give this man a new hairline I'm sure you can fix the one I have. I have a question please, I do not think I have as much donor as this gentleman does. Do you honestly believe my hairline can be thickened anyway. I'm coming in for a consultation soon but like a kid before Christmas I find it hard to wait ! Thanks in advance.
  17. It was a strip procedure. FUT. I am looking to get an FUT. I don't want the FUE because they are for people with great donor areas and I don't have that at all. I also have the scar from the surgery I had years ago. The scar was the best thing about my transplant so I'm guessing I still have some good hairs around it. I'll listen to what the doctor suggests but I just want my hairline back or just a more natural hairline. I will report what happens on here. I am getting very excited to address this problem. For the passed ten years I really did not want to deal with it but now things have changed and there are more good doctors out there who do good work. I am so thankful for this sight. Which hair transplant will you be getting if I might ask?
  18. Dr. Feller is a class act for sure. There is a lot of material on him on this sight which is why I'm going to visit him for a consultation. I thought that was a very nice thing for him to do on a weekend. That's the kind of doctor I want. I hope everything clears up for you and you grow great Transhair.
  19. I have to agree with newbie33 here. He makes sense. There are great doctors around the world. Way more than just ten years ago so the need to travel is just not there as much anymore. I had a problem almost a month after my transplant and could not go back to the doctor because he was too far away. I would speak with the secretary but that really didn't help so I had to go to a dermatologist who really didn't want to touch me. It was a mess. Travel sounds like a good idea at the time but having done it my advice is not to do it. It sounds like there are people on here who think their doctor is the best of the best and everyone should go to him. That is really not the case at all. If there is a doctor who has a good record 50 miles away isn't that better than traveling 500 miles or more? Or going to another country altogether? Look on this sight, there are dozens and dozens of really impressive doctors to chose from. I just looked at doctors in my area and took it from there.
  20. Sorry, I didn't mean to upset you. I just thought you were saying I wasn't real. I do appreciate the advice I'm just not agreeing with you. We can do that without a fight can't we? It seems like there are a few people on this sight that always come down on Dr. Feller and that seems like a set up to me. I'm not saying that you are doing this but I can see what is going on here. Do these people think we are stupid? I think travel for an HT is a mistake. I did this and do not recommend it. Ten years ago a person may have to travel far, but not now with so many good hair doctors around. I also don't believe in the miracle doctor idea. There is no one doctor that is so great and above everyone else. I have check out many of the galleries on here and many doctors are putting out incredible results. So I don't see what you need to travel, or travel far for a good doctor. I traveled and got a bad one. I see in another section of the sight that you are talking about travel for hair transplant. I will just go on there.
  21. Thanks home1212. That really helps. I'll meet with him or Dr. Bloxham and see for myself but I think so far you may be right and I'm looking forward to finally addressing this hairline once and for all time. I'll post my visit on here.
  22. What happened? Not such a caring guy now? I don't agree with you or buy into your pushy and obvious sales pitch for your doctor and I'm ignorant? It must be great to be all knowing like you. I asked for help with NY NJ doctors and instead you bash all NY doctors and try to push me to your doctor in Canada. I'm not interested and you get all upset and show your real colors. I checked out your doctor and I'm not interested. He is way over market oriented You need to change your sales pitch bro. And I am nobody else but myself. But you I'm not so sure about.
  23. Esrec, it's not that I don't take help when its offered, but the help I asked for has not been offered. Instead I am being pushed by pushy people. A few have helped though. I asked for recommendations in NY and NJ. I'm moving to NJ and nobody even suggested a doctor there. And most of the people on here just bash the NY doctors. Yes I read about Dr Wesley and am not impressed by him or his photo gallery. I like Dr. Feller because he has been in business for much longer, has many more patient photos and patient references online. There are thousands of posts about Dr. Feller and all of them good. There aren't nearly as many for Dr. Wesley. I googled both doctors and Feller's search result came up with endless pages all good. Dr. Wesley and the other NY doctors came up much less and little of what did come up had to do with their actual transplant results. Feller had many more. So Dr. Feller makes the most sense of them all. Do a google search and see for yourself. I read your own posting in another topic that you were worried about your growth with the Shapiro clinic. It brought back bad memories for me because I went through that myself 10 years ago. I was convinced to travel by marketers to get my transplant but when I was worried about growth like you are now I couldn't just drive and visit my doctor. So I'm not going to make that same mistake now for this one. That's why I want a local doctor. Maybe if you had gone to a local doctor you would not be stressing out like you did on your other posting. I saw that the Shapiro clinic sent on a representative to make you feel better, but that would not be enough for me, I would want to go and visit the doctor if I have a worry. So going local makes more sense. I also think that if I am local the clinic will give me a bit more effort because they know I can just come back anytime. How much concern can a clinic far away have if they know you live far away and can't just come in if you have a problem. Not much. And even if they are concerned, what can they do from so far away? Not much at all. Except send a representative online to say everything is going to be ok. How do they know without seeing you? I don't want to deprive myself of being able to get care when I need it within a reasonable drive time. So I get a very bad feeling when people come on here to push me to a doctor far away because that sales technique was used on me and it didn't work out very well at all. Since there is nobody with a reputation and gallery as good as Dr. Feller's in New Jersey and New York I am so far picking him. But that decision will have to wait until after I meet with him or Dr. Bloxham. There is no one or two miracle doctor. I think there are many good doctors of equal ability and talent so when I read that someone keeps pushing their doctor claiming they are a miracle worker and bashes just about everyone else all I see is a salesman.
