  1. Excellent after care 👍🏽 Sure the redness will start to fade soon.
  2. Not Chicago, but @hairthereis doing some of the best SMP work I have seen (Ahead Ink) which is NY.
  3. OP wanted to be the only patient per day, which he wouldn’t be with Dr Couto most likely, but yeh talking to the clinic directly would be best here. I don’t have any issues with any Dr/Clinic doing around 2 patients per day. For example H+W and Dr Lorenzo are up to 4 a day.. It all depends on the cases booked in.
  4. @RManciniWe have had reports that Dr Couto has done up to 3 patients per day, but mostly I have seen it’s 1 or 2 like you mention. Personally i believe that Dr De Freitas is doing some particularly excellent work, but again “best” is very subjective. It can come down to who’s work we prefer. Absolutely no doubt Dr Couto is doing some superb work (Yours included) and it would be nice to see more results here in the forum, although I do see more of his results elsewhere.
  5. Totally legit, wish more would do this, it really is the best way to see the improvements 🙏
  6. Both are very impressive, Dr Couto will do up to 3 patients per day though. Dr Ferreira as far as I’m aware is still only 1 person per day. Have you also been considering others ? Dr De Freitas, Dr Bisanga, Dr Pinto for example ? It could just come down to seeing as many results as possible and deciding who’s work you personally prefer. Best is very subjective… We are talking of some of the elite here…
  7. Coming on very strong 💪 Good that you’re recreating the same conditions for comparisons. 👍🏽
  8. 1. No 2k is not over harvesting, you’re choosing very good/Elite Drs. 2. Check out the forums recommended list: https://hairtransplantnetwork.com/best-hair-transplant-surgeons 3. Use the search function here to find Dr Panine’s results.. I will also tag him @Dr. Vladimir Panine 👍🏽
  9. With your realistic expectations I think you will be fine ! Did Dr Bicer mention the use of Fin ?
  10. Yeh it’s very true what @HappyMan2021is saying, If you’re hell bent on getting a hair transplant(s) it’s definitely worth some serious thought… Being young I totally understand why you would. Not all of us suit the shaved head look, maybe you have tried it already? Regardless if you was to choose FUT/FUE it will be a long journey, and you may not get the result you’re looking for. But on the other hand, choose well and give yourself the best chance by choosing the Dr/Clinic carefully.
  11. You do have a large area to cover, it’s going to take at least 2 procedures (probably more) to get coverage. It’s entirely you’re choice to go FUT or FUE, it’s long been debated that it’s possible to get more grafts by starting out with FUTs. But these days plenty of Drs/Clinics are achieving good results just with FUE and then using Beard grafts to supplement. It seems you do have a good beard which is quite common in the higher Norwood levels. I guess you have not been on any med regime ? Some Drs/Clinics may recommend it to help strengthen/improve your existing hair. FUTs are just not being performed like they used to be, infact it’s mostly US clinics that are still doing them. Still a option though if you don’t mind the linear scar. We see @Eugenix Hair Sciences, Dr Bisanga, @FUECLINIC(Dr Mwamba) ,@Dr. Felipe Pittella, @DrTBarghouthi, Dr Zarev, HDC @Doron Harati, Hattingen, Dr Bicer and H&W regularly presenting some very nice higher Norwood cases. Look through the forum results and see for yourself. Consult with many ! And research lots ! Depending on your goals you could end up with perfectly acceptable coverage.
  12. I can see this, just thought it would be helpful to see them posted here also. 👍🏽🙏
  13. Agreed, the crown is looking good 👍🏽 Lol just looking at the Easter eggs … 🤣
  14. The sheer amount of people getting hair transplants mean that the decent results do happen, just not often enough. We have seen a fair few decent results here on the forum. The best chance of a half decent result would be having Cinik do the incisions and his sisters “A” team of techs do the rest. But at worse it can be a totally tech driven procedure (most usual) and wildly inconsistent results. The risk simply isn’t worth taking, not one so many other options exist ! These days it’s mostly Dr Bicer, Dr Turan & Gur we are seeing that are affordable and doing good work, as well being fully involved in the procedure itself.
  15. The frontal tuft you already had will really help this result, I have to ask if your on any med regime ? Fin/Minox etc ? You need a long term plan at only 26.
  16. I have seen consistent poor results so far, and at least you have growth, and the hairline appears fine, despite some multi grafts.
  17. A bunch of comments disappeared earlier, and didn’t return 🤨 So no you’re not going mad !
