  1. There are so many juicing recipes you can find online. They also created juicing recipes depends on what you need. If you want to lose some weight try to follow their recipes. However, if you have health concern better to consult a doctor first.
  2. Don't be terrified in getting a hair cut. Go for it! I know you have doubts but please never ever be afraid of getting a haircut .
  3. Don't self diagnose yourself. It is better if you know why you have this itchy scalp. This might be due to some products you had used before of could be because you underwent some procedure. Sure enough, there are so many shampoo for itching in the market. Some may help while some don't so it depends.
  4. Haven't tried Catalase so far. I've seen one which is Catalase xp and based on what I understand it helps preventing gray hair by supplementing it since catalase works like an enzyme. My only worry is I haven't read reviews yet from so I'm still waiting this "solution for ray hair" to penetrate the market.
  5. All I know is that scalp laxity exercises helps reduce hair loss as this exercise helps relaxing our scalp. It is also recommended for hair transplant surgery preparation. Anyone who is concerned about hair loss should try doing this. You can start this by massaging your scalp up and down for 10 seconds and you can do this for this 10-20 times.
  6. Just make sure you keep your blood sugar on a normal range and you're okay. The only problem with juicing is even though you are taking fruits in reality the sugar in it is still an issue for some people who may an problem with their sugar.
  7. I also agree. Just monitor it but everything looks perfectly fine so nothing to worry about not unless you find it very uncomfortable.
  8. Coconut oil has a lot of benefits and uses. Can I just highlight the uses of coconut oil to our hair? Well, it can be use as a conditioner, promotes hair growth too, it fights dandruff, can be use for styling your hair which is really awesome in my opinion, and lastly it can be use to treat or prevent lice.
  9. I couldn't differentiate the two as I'm not a fan of covere or dermatch. I prefer toppik personally because it suits my needs and very easy to use. I'm more than happy to read some of the review here for covere and dermatch. I might consider to try once again dermatch.
  10. I believe Infinity hair loss concealer is one of the best in the market, because once you start using it most likely you will remain loyal to the project. What I like about Infinity is the awesome density you will notice into your hair plus it unexpectedly eliminates the appearance of thinning hair.
  11. Haven't tried Tressemme volume shampoo but based on the reviews I read seems like Tressemme is okay too.
  12. Umbrella will do. Or, if you are that conscious then wear a loosefitting hat when going out. I'm curious about that surgical hat though.
  13. There are just so many side effects and take not bad side effects of finasteride especially to men. Just to be on the safe side let's not just try this medicine as it can destroy us. I'm not judging, it's just that I've read so many side effects that are alarming.
  14. Any of those hair fiber products (Toppik, Caboki, Strand Maximizer, etc.) would work on short hair.
  15. Haven't experienced that on my end. Hopefully everything works okay on you guys.
