Thanks, Melvin. No meds. I was extremely stressed in the month of March. But April everything got better. Can stress cause the hairs to minaturize or just fall out? I've had both. In the past, I didn't see too many minaturized hairs, the minoxidil was doing its job.

Any thoughts? No visiable scalp issues

Hello, I am in a massive two month long shed that is causing me to lose ~10 hairs every time I touch my hair. My hair is now extremely thin after two months of this. age 37, been on fin of 15 years. I my second HT in Nov 17 and started rogaine again about a month after. The only thing that I have changed is I've used Selsun Blue for the last 5 years and switched to a boitin shampoo around the same time as the shed started to happen. I realized this a couple days ago and switch back to selsun blue. This is the non medicaded version with selenium sulfide I have been on this site for a while and have read a lot of threads and have never heard of any shampoo causing hair loss other than nizitrol. Any ideas? thanks

Are you spraying the grafts with anything? I'm not firmilar with Koray post-op instructions. Either way, it looks normal. People have posted about this phenomenon many many times.

I reached out to several clinics and spoke to almost all the doctors. The only clinic that I didn't and the consultant that just stopped responding to me was Dr. Rahals consultant. So they get a thumbs down in my book.

You need to go see a doctor as soon as possible if you haven't done so already.

I've used rogain since I was 18, almost 20 yrs now. That's sounds crazy, but I've never really know if it was doing anything. So I stopped about a month ago and I have NOT had a massive shed. Only the 5-10 hairs in my hand when styling my hair with paste. Am I in the clear?? If it was working should I have seen a big shed or is it gradual?

I am about 7.5 months post HT and suffering from low density in the front. What is the best hair style to aid in appearance? Long hair vs short hair? Combing it forward is not good. Best I have found it a combination of up and forward behind the hair line.

You still have time to catch up. To answer a couple of your questions, I think you will need to provide a couple pre op and immediate post op pics.

Hello all, I am at 4 months tomorrow and I am continuing to get some good growth. The donor area is salt and pepper color, more gray than black now... However, the top is still dark. My new hairs are as expected coming in salt and pepper. some even clear. Can I safely color the newly grown hairs? I do not want to risk anything, it is not that important to me. But if it can be done safely 100%? no risk to anything? Thank you. ps, I will start a thread soon.
