I Had the first operation with Dr. hakan at the end of 2015 and the touch up operation at the end of 2016.I had massive improvements for the first 4500 grafts implanted but i had some density issue at the hairline so i emailed the doctor and he offered a free touch up of 1500 grafts to the frontal area. If you ask me how i feel now,you an judge form the below photos where natural looking and massive change to my hair makes me feel very happy with the result. Frankly speaking the touch up has made huge difference and the doctor implanted all the grafts by himself.

Hi to all; This is my results after one year which is for your to evaluate I am satisfied specially from where i started where I have a big change but i would like more density up front so i just had another operation with Dr. Hakan where he added 1513 grafts to the frontal area to add extra density.(This time the Dr. did all the implants himself) I will later upload new updates for the new op.

as expected shock loss affected the natural hair also;however some of the transplanted hairs is still there,healing is good,some redness is still visible

Hello; I recently on the 10 th and 11 th of november 2015 had a surgery with Dr. hakan doganay in antalya,I am 35 years ols and i started loosing gradually my hair since 12 years. Choosing the surgeon: I choose Dr. hakan based on his realistic results posted on the net and i had some communication via emails with his clinics where they answered all my questions promptly and because my case is a bit critical i felt that the mentioned dr. would address it perfectly so i decided to just go for it. Arriving first day: I went directly from the airport to the clinic where i met muslum then the doctor who examined my donor area which was as average and we agreed on the hairline design and i was informed that i will have a full a very good density at the front and a medium one at the crown and we agreed to get some extraction from my beard area also to address more the crown. Summary: Single grafts: 902 Double graft: 1975 triple grafts:1050 beard graft:600 Total:4527 Surgery day 1: I had 2350 grafts on the first day,at te begining i was a bit nervous but the staff and dr. around makes it much easier,the only part which was painful was the local anesthesia(Done by the doctor) and then everything was very smooth,the technician nurse extracted the grafts for about 2 hours then i had lunch and after that the doctor injected the local anethesia and begin implanting the grafts with the help of the technician. All the procedure was great and the team around was really very good I felt good after the surgery and at night i went for a short walk outside the hospital and i enjoyed some nice turkish food in one of the next restaurant O course i was taking pain killers and some cortizon medicine to prevent swelling Surgery day 2: I had 2177 grafts where 600 from the beard and same procedure as the first day in addition of the prp treatment.the second day i felt a bit tired and stayed at the hospital to get some rest. last day: I went noon time for washing and then i got the medical kit for free, then muslum who was very helpful during my stay in antalya took me for lunch the to the airport As a summary it was a very nice experience and i did what i planned for many years and i am hoping for a good result.(By the way i started taking finasteride one month before the operaton in addition of biotin 500 mg) I am also posting my pre operation photos and one and two weeks post operations photos and any further update will follow I am also healing very well and nobody is noticing that i made such surgery and i will go back after 2 days to heavy sport as i have stopped for one month as advised by the doctor.
