  1. Hey guys i have attached my 4 year result images. @yesplease:Yes i got my 2nd ht. Actually i believe the thinning is different for every individual. In my case yes the area is been thinning because i dont take finasteride.
  2. Thanks for the question.Yes its been 4 years since i got my ht. Ofcourse the results are permanent. You dont need to worry about that. Yes i will post my 4 year result soon. As for finasteride, No i have not taken finasteride over these years.I only took it initially for 6 months as dr bhatti suggested. But yes i have lost native hairs because i didnt took finasteride but i am ok with it as i know i will have to undergo more hts.
  3. Just hope that is temporary shock loss and theres no donor minituarisation. How much time will take to know what it is?
  4. What do you think is it shock loss or minituarisation.By the way there was no minituarisation before procedure. So i guess it cant be all of sudden.
  5. Hello everyone! I recently had my 2nd hair transplant 4 weeks before of 900 grafts. My donor area was pretty dense then. But after the procedure it has thinned out especially above the right ear. Its almost like its bald. Its really concerning. I have attached a poc. What do you think. Is it the shock loss in donor area or is there minituarisation. Although i highly doubt minituarisation beacuse it was all dense before procedure? Will it return. Also a thing happened after the procedure on my right side there was some considerable pain i think due to a large pimple that got attacked while procedure. Is that the reason of shock loss there? Pleasecan someone say what's happening Thankyou
  6. As i explained that i would undergo transplant in horse shoe zone behind hairline where there are no hairs. So all i want to ask is can permanent shock loss occur in the previously transplanted hairline hairs and the healthy side mid scalp hairs? Thats my main concern. Because the hairs that i have remaining in midscalp whic can be lost via shock loss are so thin and less that it dont give any volume. So even if i loose those hairs i would gain that volume through the horse shoe transplant that i will undergo. What so you think? What do you think?

  8. The thing is the hairline hairs and my side midscalp hairs which are helathy converge so nicely in midscalp together that it doesnt give balding look. The only hairs that i have left in midscalp are so thin and doesnt have any volume. So even shock loss occurs i could replace them just after 3 months post surgery. My concern is will shock loss occur in previously transplanted hairline hairs or already existing side midcalp area where incisions wont be made.

  10. What do you think will 1200 grafts in midscalp would be sufficient?
  11. I have been on mintop 5cent for last 7 years.. I dont use finasteride because it caused me the side effects. See my picture what do you think would be sufficient grafts to covermidscalp and crown? Thankyou
  12. This is the top view.. Mind you that when i style my hair it covers all these gaps coz of layering. Whats your opinion?
  13. Hey guys. Its been exactly 2 years since i had that life changing procedure. So much has changed from who i was prior to the procedure and who i am now.Yes i was lucky to being able to find such a doctor(Dr Tejinder bhatti) with such credfentials that gave me a new lease of life).Thankyou Shera, david and others your confidence in dr bhatti gave me the much needed confidence. And here i am today totally changed. I havent been active on the forum as you know you get so busy with our post successfull ht life:) that you just move on. But since i am going for 2nd hair transplant with dr bhatti cause hairs behind hairline have receded i recalled all the memories from my first hair transplant. I would again describe my full journey. I would also like to advice to any young patient going for hair transplant to research reasearch well about everything thats involved in hair transplantation like what is MPB, why does it occur,How it can be corrected via transplant, realistic expectations(very imp),what happens during surgery, how to take care post transplant( Very Important), Credentials of your doctor ie is he recommended on various famous sites like this, are his results Good, well documented and consistent. Only then go for it. DONT TAKE DECISIONS QUICKLY AND PROMPTLY.Do your study properly. Understand everything about the procedure, and then only you wont be fooled by any doctor. I REPEAT please only go to that doctor which has proven track record.Educate yourself. And also be mentally prepared that you will need 3 or more hair transplant. I have attached my post op 2 years result. You are free to ask anything. Thankyou.
