    We tend to attract to shortcuts and things which are not possible. Even we are known side effects of products but in the end we do same mistake again. Fitness and healthy living is good thing but participating in race of big muscular body force us to try things like this.

    The old sayings are always true include "Something is better than nothing" That's why i am suggesting you to have body stretches, light walk after meals. you will never think of workout more as you have tight schedule.

    No matter what ever diet you follow even you will successfully loss desire weight but afterward will be same as before. You know why because most of us failed to keep what we planned to eat. Permanent weight maintenance is only possible if we change diet in small steps and follow it for few month and when we used to eat it and like then make more changes and it's goes on. Drastic changes are tends to fail most of the time.

    I were used to have long hairs during my half of high school but bad habit of running comb in wet hair lead to thin and short hairs. Don't ever do this if you love long hair style.

    Most of the times we explode anger on the internet because at that moment we unable to find someone to burst our anger.

    You don't have to worry as only transplanted hair are shedding. It will take few weeks to regrow healthy hairs.

    You have to wait to see final results atleast 6 months. till then you have to take care of hair as dcotor said to you.

    I not saying Turkey is not good for hair transplant but there are many technician or artist( as they not doc) doing hair transplant without any certification. Only go there if you have contacts there as local can guide you better about it.
