  1. Protein foods are good for the muscles building. Some best foods for the natural muscles building are: Eggs, fish, tuna, chicken, meat, dairy products, nuts, green beans, and green leafy vegetables.
  2. The two basic tools for the weight loss are regular exercise and strict diet plan. Regular exercises specially outdoor cardio exercises are necessary along with fat burning diet to burn the fat effectively without any side effects. These are more effective ways for the belly fat burning which are mostly recommended by the experts.
  3. Raw veggies and natural protein foods are good for the fat burning purposes. Some more effective natural fat burning foods are: Citrus fruits specially orange, grapefruit, lemon etc. Green leafy vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, spinach, kale, and cucumber etc. Protein foods such as fish, eggs, nuts, beans etc. Green tea, Lemon water, and fish oil.
  4. I am using some fresh fruits juices specially citrus fruits juices i.e grapefruit, orange, and lemon juices to control my cholesterol level and also to control my weight.
  5. Protein foods are better to gain the weight in shape of muscles and not in shape of fat. Protein foods turn the fat into muscles and help in muscles recovery. Some better foods for the weight gaining and muscles gaining are: Eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, meat, fish, banana, grapes, potato, tomato, roots beats, and rice etc.
