  1. Thanks ! I usually keep my hair long on top and brush forward, although this is what it looks like if i lower the crown hair down. Hope this Helps ! In regards to smp, Its probably another small fue transplant first.
  2. 1Year Update Im happy with the hairline but still need to add an odd 500 grafts to the lower crown, bridging the horseshoe Donor area but also SMP down the Line
  3. All depends on one’s Donor/situation, they usually rely on the use of Beard, in addition to scalp grafts for high Norwoods like myself. Also they typically have a high growth rate and graft survival post transplant, Imho !
  4. Hi Etwan, Im currently using a thickening spray/fibers to fill in the thin inbetween area on the Lower Crown. I met dr Sethi last week in London for a Consultation and asked if we could do a small FUE touch up, he mentioned 4/500 Grafts + Chest BHT, but wasnt keen and said to keep those last few Donor Grafts and Chest Grafts for Future Loss, but did suggest SMP for the Donor and to go for a slick back style to cover the thin lower crown. Saw your Last HT was similar to mine, Hope its coming along Well.
  5. Thanks, I will update at Months 6 than 8 and so on. Next week Im meeting Dr Sethi for a consultation to discuss the possibility of a small FUE for the Lower Crown but also talk about SMP to Homogenize scarring and contrast.
  6. I'm 5months in and still have more growth to come through. But you're right at month 9/10 I should have more Growth and Coverage. I usually keep a 0.5 Length on the Donor and Sides and don't find the Scarring from FUE, Visually Problematic. Although when Grown out to 5cm in Length my Hair in the Donor area and Sides look Thin.
  7. Hey, Im still Hoping for some additional growth for the Lower Crown bridging the donor area as I'm still in the 5th month post HT. But most likely I will probably try SMP as some point. There this guy on YouTube who's journey I'm Following, (channel- A Hair Rasing Tale ) He was a NW7 and has combined FUT/FUE with SMP. Worth a Look if considering SMP after HT.
  8. Thanks, I Still have 500ish grafts left under the jawline, the beard above the jaw has not been touched apart from the chin as it was dense, therefore I'm still able to grow a beard above the jawline. When any grafts are extracted properly, they are not coming back, doesn't matter from which site they're from.
  9. Hey there, I think someone mentioned to you earlier which I have to agree with............... If I were you I would forget about lowering the hairline and touching the temporal peaks, instead use the Limited no of grafts/beard to address the lateral humps and lower crown. this seems like a good plan IMHO + and if enough, 200ish odd grafts to Thicken Hairline. In my case I mentioned to Eugenix to Blend the Lower Crown with the native hair in the donor border, although this was not properly addressed therefore there is a distinct difference CONTRAST in DENSITY between the Transplanted and Native Hair in the Lower Crown. This is what Im talking about : - Although the above Pic is at 2 months, but you can still get an idea of contrast in density between transplanted and native hair... Im now almost 5months in and this contrast is very much visible...... Something to keep in mind and good luck with your surgery.
  10. The Results were V Good from my Previous HTs, but also they are able to get Good Growth from Beard Grafts.
  11. Thanks Melvin ! I hope so too Adrien ! I just have to wait another 5months to see what it will look like..
  12. Looking good at 4 months in SLA ! This might just be a 1 and done Transplant, I’m very happy for you.
  13. For the last HT I mentioned Homogenizing the donor area. This was very important for me as I keep my donor hair very short.
  14. 1 month after HT 2000 grafts. Imo about 65% of the grafts have not Shed.
  15. Thanks Mate, I was Probably one of the First Few to Review Eugenix on HRN back in 2019. Hope my Experience with Eugenix, Helped in Some Way............ We Spoke on 12 Jan when Dr Sethi Video Called from The Farm. I know right ! Same Transplant Sites. How's yours Growing out ?
  16. Thanks Rafael, its been a Long Journey. Hope this HT Grow Well and it's my Last I've Spent a Lot of Time and Energy and just Like to put this Chapter Behind me.. I Started my Corrective Journey at Eugenix with a Compromised Donor Area but also Poor Graft Placement, Angle and Direction. You can see the Results from that transplant with Dr Bhatti and judge for yourself, Hope this Helps..
  17. Just stumbled on your thread for the first time Today ! Don't know how I've missed it ? Stay Positive mate, there is Defiantly more growth to come. I just had a HT for the Lower Crown and Lateral Humps, 2 weeks ago, worth having a look at Bandito90s thread also for an idea of Transplantation in those Areas........ Its a waiting Game now Give it some time experiment with hair styles and lengths to see what works for you. If growing it out, worth tying a sliced back undercut. Grow it out long so you can cover the thin Lower Crown. Just a heads up, the Native Hair in your Lateral Humps and Lower Crown are Miniaturised, Less Pigmented and COULD be on their Way Out. If you Transplant in those thinning areas, you COULD (most likely) Lose you Native hair due to trauma of the transplant (shock loss). Therefore you will require a higher number than might initially think. Probably 3000 and above. Ive seen some people get considerable regrowth in those areas, through the used of medication. Why was Dr Das so conservative with Beard Extractions ? Did she check your Chest Hair Calibre.
