  1. Hello everyone, I am new to this so thanks in advance for any advice Basically its been 3 years I have been suffering from hair loss. I have been on propecia for 3 years now. The issue is that I am suffering from telogen effluvium due to thyroid nutritional deficiency and chronic stress. My hair has been miniaturized. I tried minoxidil to thicken up but gave me side effects; dry skin and dark circles eyes, so I quit after a month. I have been told because it is telogen effluvium; its reversible. For the past 3 years its been the same. I contacted few hair transplant surgeons but they refused to carry out any procedure mainly because I am young as I am 24 and huge risk of shock loss. They basically said its best if I wait for a few years. I tried everything; oils, vitamin pills etc. I am about to start forcapil, which I have been told is a great supplement especially when it comes nutritional deficiency. I am not looking for drastic results, I just want my crown and hair line back so that my scalp is even, I have miniaturised hair at the crown and hair line; someday it looks thicker and sometimes it just gone. I am considering Scalp pigmentation with existing hair, that would sort add some thickness illusion. I am definitely going for a transplant in a few years, until then I really cant think of an alternative other than pigmentation. Any advice on what's the best way to treat telogen effluvium? Many thanks
