  1. Hi amy4040, Personally I think its a bit early for you to start considering a follow up procedure so soon after your FUE. Give it 6 months to a year and only then you will get a true picture. Personally I had a similar amount of grafts to you and I am doing OK after 6 months, looking at your before photos, I think your hair is similar to mine so hopefully you will have the similar end result. Good Luck. ___________________________________ Dr Bhatti 3305 FUE 20/10/2014 http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  2. So I hit the 6 month mark a few weeks ago after having my FUE HT with Dr Tejinder Bhatti in Chandigarh, India in October last year. As with keeping up with custom, my update is late.... So here is my 6 month and 6 and half month update. Got to be pleased with the result so far. Bear in mind the photos are taken with a flash so in reality the hair does appear a little more dense to the naked eye in normal lighting. Please let me know your thoughts. If you wish to discuss the process with me then please feel free to PM me. Always glad to help out my ex fellow baldies lol! I am based in Central England so if any of you would like discuss your options or to see my results in person then again this can be arranged.

  4. Wow, things are definitely motoring ahead, that's some transformation. You are little behind me in growth but once I was at your stage, there was no stopping me. I think the crown generally grows a lot slower so give it a few more months and hopefully it should be Ok too. I think you've come a long way, must feel great! I will update my 6 months pics in the next few days. Cheers ___________________________________ Dr Bhatti 3305 FUE 20/10/2014 http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.co...ct-2014-a.html
  5. Hi Raj, Hope all is well mate. You are definitely making progress, that's the main thing, just wondered if your progress may have been different if you had opted to take the meds, just a thought. Will update my post with 6 months pictures in the next few days. ___________________________________ Dr Bhatti 3305 FUE 20/10/2014 http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.co...ct-2014-a.html
  6. Hi, from personal experience after 4 weeks you may well have to cut your hair short to maybe a number 3-4, and use fibres to thicken the transplanted areas so no-one notices. ___________________________________ Dr Bhatti 3305 FUE 20/10/2014 http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.co...ct-2014-a.html
  7. Hi, I suppose as long as you don't get too drunk hence forgetting the fact that you have had an HT, you should be OK. The grafts should be well settled by now so its not too much of a risk of dislodging any. Can't see a problem myself, but I'm no expert and I suppose it really depends on your definition of camping. ___________________________________ Dr Bhatti 3305 FUE 20/10/2014 http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.co...ct-2014-a.html
  8. Hi Sunny, thanks for the post, looks like we had our HTs on the same day thousands of miles apart, great to see yours is going as planned much like mine. Never really know what to expect but no complaints so far on this end. I will update my thread in about 10 days with the 6 months pics. Cheers!

  10. Looking really good Squatch, I know exactly how you feel, like yourself I had great thick hair all throughout my 20's, it's a great feeling to be getting some back, never threw away my gels, clay etc just in case lol, to hell with sell by dates. I will be 6 months in a couple of weeks and will update with some news pics. Happy growing! ___________________________________ Dr Bhatti 3305 FUE 20/10/2014 http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  11. To be honest as a newbie on the forum but someone who has actually gone through with an HT, I have noticed that the user BUSA seems to pop up all over the place with an opinion about this doctor and that doctor, it almost seems that he covertly works for either Erdogen or Maras as he seems to champion these 2 fellows and knock the rest. I don't know if he's trying to be undercover but if that's the case he certainly is not very good at it! So in a nutshell, BUSA... your cover has been blown!
  12. Easy Tiger, progressing well mate, it should all speed up for you from now on. Don't forget our race, another 7 months to go lol
  13. Hi Jetinder, Check my thread out, let me know what you think. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html
  14. Hi Matt, just replied to your message, hope it all helps.
  15. Hi Matt, I calculate the following, 1800 grafts at 99 rupees each = 178200 rupees + Tax @ 10% (I think) = 196020 rupees Converted to Sterling = 2119.70 pounds Converted to Euros = 2928.67 Euros Add the cost of return flight to India, hotel stay (approx ?20 a night) and food. I think that's your figures there or thereabouts. Probably best to contact him at his clinic first, just Google Darling Buds, Chandigarh to see the website and take it from there. Oh, that's in India of course. If you search for Dr Tejinder Bhatti on this site you will come across numerous threads posted by his patients, it was what helped me make my decision. Also I am based in the UK, not sure where you are based but feel free to PM me if you want to know the ins and outs. Finally wherever you decide to go in the end.....Good Luck!
  16. Hi, I had my HT with Dr Bhatti, up there with the best in my opinion, see my link below, http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178931-my-fue-dr-tejinder-bhatti-oct-2014-a.html Including flights you'll probably save yourself nearly half the 6000 euros.
  17. Great results, not only has the HT improved your hair, from the pictures it certainly looks like it has improved your general well-being and health too. Good luck mate.
  18. Thank-you Spyk777, I feel I am very lucky to have made the right choice and had such good results. I don't know about others, but immediately following the HT I did feel a sense of pride in that I had addressed an issue that I was not comfortable with rather than cowered away. My advice to others would be to just go for it and just be positive about the whole thing. All in all , it cost be under ?4000, I can think of numerous ways to blow that amount with little to show for it, e.g. driving a new car out the showroom.
  19. Hi fortune11, FUE2014, thanks for your comments, much appreciated. Hi BUSA, I fully understand the point you are trying to make. My thinking would be that over the space of 12 months, the end result would not look that different to the naked eye. In this case Dr Bhatti is simply being economical with the grafts and making sure they go a long way. Looking at the pictures, I would have needed double the grafts to have the same spacing as the those provided by Maras and Erdogen, therefore I would have paid double the price, spent much longer in surgery, heavily reduced my donor area all for essentially more or less the same result over a year. I would be interested in comparing my results over a year to that of the other doctors in order to prove my point. On another note, my hair is quite thick, so personally having the grafts more closer together would have given me too much hair (is there such a thing), thus making styling more troublesome.
  20. Hi Transformer, sounds like we just missed you in India, we had a great time in Chandigarh, more or less done everything the good doctor advised us not to lol. As for my hair, I buzzed it to number 2 for the first 3-4 months and have recently let it grow, I have just followed the advice from Dr Bhatti and have not applied any other potions/lotions. I was actually waiting for it to fall out but it never did, I had no shock loss. (lucky 5%??) My hair grows fast anyway and is thick which probably explains why my results differ from yours. Don't worry, I'm sure yours will come good.
  21. Thanks for all your replies, will keep you all updated on future progress of course. I went to drop the kids off to school this morning and the wind was blowing quite fiercely, it was a great feeling to actually enjoy the wind blowing through my hair without fear of exposing bald patches or even blowing my hair away lol. Just a little thing but I thought it was quite significant as it's been a long time.
