Hair Transplant Surgeon: Dr. Julieta Peralta-Arambulo Hair transplantation surgical procedure before and after photographs Hair Trasnpalntation: 2 sessions Diagnosis: Androgenic Alopecia, Norwood Type V Total number of grafts: 6,023 Total number of hairs: 9,106 Surgical Procedure : Strip FUT: 2 sessions 1st session: Total grafts -2,684 ; Total hairs- 3,466 1 hair -1922 2hair – 742 3 hair – 20 2nd Session: Total grafts -3,339 Total hairs 5,640 1 hair -1188 2 hair- 2001 3 hair- 150 This patient with Androgenic Alopecia Norwood Type IV, had 2 sessions Strip FUT. In the first session 2,684 grafts were placed on the fronto temporal, midscalp and crown area. On the 2nd session, a total of 3,339 grafts were place to increase the volume.The result shown was 1 year after the 1st session with curled hair and the final results taken mostly 5 -16 months after the 2nd session, with straightened hair Note: the before photo of the crown is slightly wet.
