    Asmed will give you the best looking results, with a laser accurate hairline and enough density to keep you away from the mirrors and camera phones. There is an argument that its become a hair mill (with Dr Koray only doing the incisions), but if you get the results he achieves I wouldn't complain too much. My brother and I went to him and he gave us the hairlines we always desired.

    You need to sweep your hair back before anyone to give an accurate estimate. Have you already had a transplant as your hairline doesn't look natural? Ultimately it all comes down to how good you want your hairline to look. Also, never cheap out on travelling or "convenience" when it comes to surgery as in the long run you'd wish you'd gone to the right surgeon than gone cheap. Good luck.

    It's not going to change much - 4 months is a good indicator and It looks pretty much how it looked then. Start looking for a better surgeon.

    !00%, and you'll only realise this after your first procedure. A good surgeon will raise this with you at the first meeting. I had to get that addressed with Asmed later on. He has a reputation of over estimating but in hindsight id rather have my grafts over estimated than under estimated.

    Who is the surgeon as I think I used him as well? You'll definitely need another surgery to bulk up the hairline (I ended up going to Turkey in the end).

    Yeah, I did actually...I had another "topping up" session where he added a further 200 new hairs. Made no difference at all. Another thing is that he refused to bulk up the areas directly behind the hairline either, and flat out refused to do the temple regions which I really needed. Finally, after obsessing with my hair for a further year I had enough and went to Asmed in Istanbul. The results he gave were more to my expectations. Ive added The Reddy pics below so you can see what issues I was having.

    Used too little number of grafts so that the transplanted region looked very "see through", charged me "per hair" rather than per graft, and gave me a hairline I was thoroughly dissatisfied with. Was really really unhappy.

    Asmed delivers and then some. Easily one of the best in surgeons in the game (although he likes to be a bit too carefree with the donor region lol).

    I made the mistake of going to him. Was not happy for the hairline he created (far too conservative and high) - eventually I got so frustrated I ended up going Turkey to have it done right. The fact he charges per hair rather than per graft should've sent alarm bells but I didn't know any better back then. Never again.

    Ive heard molasse can help bring colour back but you need to take it every day and its tastes awful

    Yes, if not go back and get more put in. You'll have plenty of donor left.

    Are you talking for experience? Stop hating on him as you come across as toxic. He has consistently given excellent results over the years. Sure there are outliers (name a surgeon who hasn't) however on the whole i still don't see anyone beating him.

    Koray is the best out there, Ive yet to see a surgeon produce better results than him. Happy for you mate, looks great.

    This is actually a very valid point. If it wasn't for Turkey and the exchange rate, a lot of is would be screwed. Love to Turkey!

    Dr Koray Erdogan. I haven't seen many surgeon who can reproduce the sheer density he achieves and perfectly set hairlines he does (day in day out). One of the best there is.

    Ive just had my third transplant now with Asmed to shore up my hairline which was thinning. I stopped taking med right after my transplant and over time the hair just starts to thin. This time ill keep using Finistride but at a low dosage. Unfortunately the myth behind "transplanted hair is hair that lasts forever" is just that, a myth. Even with transplanted hair it comes with a ticking clock. Its just life I guess. Good luck

    to cover up all of that together with a good hairline you're looking at 4000 grafts min

    Got Turkey and they will fix that up no time. Im surprised you'd even wait this long. Just get it fixed. Your donor area seems ok
