    So i just found out abut topical finasteride i have been taking fin for about 10 years and 2 hair transplants i now have a full head of hair with no hair loss, so the fin has been successfull but i have problems with my mental health wich were present before the fin so i dont know if its causing any problems but i would like to get off it i am only taking 1mg every 4 or 5 days. So is it possible to switch with no problems and for the topical stuff to work as well with less possible side effects.

    Im looking to get about 500 grafts along the hairline just to fill in a few gaps so i just wanted to ask if anyone has had that small an operation and if clinics would have a minimum charge im thinking of going to Turkey .

    So im running low on my Finasteride supply i can get it online but i can get a much better deal if i have a prescription so probably a silly question as i probably just have to go to the doctor and ask but i just wanted to ask if anyone in the uk has a prescription and how they went about it.

    I'm in the same situation I had a lot of shedding really quickly but it seems just to be the transplanted hair so I'm not sure what's happening.

    Here's a photo of the thinning hair the gaps can clearly be seen and it is only transplanted hair in that area its hard to tell but I don't think I'm losing hair anywhere else its just along the hairline.

    yes im hoping just seasonal shedding which has happened before it is just the transplanted areas that are shedding there is no native hair in the front so ite either shedding or the transplant hair is falling out which i know is rare .

    it is definitely only the transplanted areas that are shedding.

    I'm pretty sure the thinning is only in the transplanted areas along and just behind the hairline and I've been on fin for a while with no problems it hss happened very quickly within a week or two.

    Is it possible for transplanted hair to fall out so long after the op I always thought grafts were permanent but my hair is looking a lot thinner in the transplanted area. It may be that I recently cut it a lot shorter which was OK but as its growing back it has started to seem thinner or I have been stressed out recently and not eating well which could be a factor or it may just be a natural shedding fase anyone have any experience or insights.

    So ive been taking Zoloft for about 5 months i decided about 3 weeks ago to come off them and ive noticed a lot of shedding . I have had 2 hair transplants and its the transplanted hair that is shedding. So i just wanted to ask if anyone has had the same problem and if iit resolved itself also if a transplanted hair would act diffrently a native hair in these circumstances.

    Yes that is exactly what i would say to someone else in my position but its not so easy at least for me to be that clear thinking when it comes to my own situation its easy to be your own worst enemy.

    Im thinking about getting 1000 grafts into the hairline with dr yaman it looks really good most of the time but i went for a haircut a few weeks ago and with wet hair and the lighting it did not look good it looked very thin and transparent.

    The first op was supposed to be 3100 but its very doughtfull as nearly everyone who had an op with that doctor ended up being told they recived 3100 grafts. And it was not done well there were lots of gaps and the grafts were planted in the wrong direction so although i had some growth it wasnt a good outcome. The second was i think 1800 but i cant really remember and im thibking about going back for a 3rd op somepoint soon.

    So im about 10 months from my 2nd ht the second one was with Dr Resul Yaman in istanbul i think 1800 or 1900 grafts. The before pics are from before my first ht which was also in Istanbul. As for the experience with Dr Yaman and his team i would recommend them highly everything was smoothly run and the op was done with a lot of skill and patientce wich was not the case with my first op with another dr. The pics are not that good but ive had really good growth and its really thickened up in the last few months.

    Im about 10 months post op from a ht with Dr Yaman i went there from london and everything was really good as far as transfers to and from the airport and the hotel. And the operation was very well done and very proffesional and ive had excellent growth i would recommend them to anyone and i will be taking and posting pics of my progress in the next few days.

    i had a op with dr yaman last nov im based in london i had no problems everything was organised very well inc a 5 star hotel. it was my second h t and there was a huge difference in quality between this one and the first the whole thing was done with a finer touch and more skill from the doc and the tecs ive had very good growth and i would recommend the clinic to anyone, as for it not being safe traveling to Istanbul its as safe as traveling to anywhere else in europe right now as everywhere is a target.

    To be honest its more my mental state than the HT i have a full head of hair and its only five months and it will get better but it really doesnt matter my problems are way bigger than hair which i knew before hand but i thought maybe it would be a catalyst to healing my mind. But it hasnt been thats why i said its a waste of time and money and focusing on the wrong things which im clearly still doing im sure for people with lives a result like mine would make them very satisfied but if your path is too dark to see hair wont light your way.

    I recently had my first hair cut at the barbers in 16 years after 2 ht ops i thought my hair looked good and thick in the mirror at home but when i looked in the mirror at the barbers with sunlight shinning on it it looked really thin and see through so as soon as i got home i shaved it and will continue shaving the whole thing has been a waste of time and money,

    In my experience having hair again has not changed anything i thought all the sadness and depression would go away if i just had my hair back well now i have my hair back and im still sad and depressed,

    Ive just read about a new product called Regrowz it says it grows back hair from balding areas on 100% of people the pics dont seem too impressive but the study was conducted on 37 people so maybe its legit.
