  1. Hey mate, I had a look at your first post at 5.5 months against the 7.5 month post. You definitely have some good fill coming through. I took into account the warmer lighting and longer hair in your latter post which can cloud perceptions. I also like your hairline, when it all comes together in the next 6 months you will be able to look at your experience objectively. I imagine at this stage it is a mental game more than anything, stay the course, you're looking good I honestly believe you're about to hit the summit and in the coming months you will reap the benefits of your scalp fully healing and hair thickening up. This has been a great account of your journey, please keep posting and best of luck.
  2. I am so glad I have come across this post. Acegik, I hope things work out for you. From my readings (first time post here) there seems to be a lack of information to the new guys about the ugly duckling phase and also the mental toughness required to get up every day and go about your business while your family and peers look at you and wonder whats going on with your cranium. It is great this site exists, the amount of support here is unbelievably positive and helpful. I dont want to hijack this forum post, with my own scenario but I have recently approach Dr Koray and his team about a HT. They have responded back that I require 4500-5000 grafts. Now reading about your experience with shock loss, I am concerned that this may happen as well. Apologies if this is a silly question but do the follicles regenerate after shock loss or this is a mother nature thing?
