  1. Hello fellow friends, Some of my transplanted hair grafts are not growing like many of the others. I've attached a picture with some non-growing examples in red (it's not that clear to see because of the image quality reducing of the upload, but they are definitely not existing follicles). Can I still consider them as "good" grafts, ones that would eventually go into regular hair producing cycles? Thanks!
  2. Hi to all, I had my third HT about 6 days ago, and even though I had 2 previous ones I still have questions regarding the first 10 days post-op. Hopefully this thread might help others out there in the future. After the surgery, one of the things the clinic gave me was an airplane neck pillow to ease my sleep. It didn't help that much because the pain during the first sleep was like a continuous slap in the face. The pain (and boredom) made me stressful and so the day after I did what everyone suggest to avoid: I masturbated. It was non-vigorous and quick. I didn't have any bleeding, extra pain or anything out of the ordinary. The day after that I started my long journey home, which included hat wearing, long flights and suitcases handling. It's ~day 6 now, and I'm still sleeping with that airplane pillow (which isn't comfortable at all) because I don't want to physically hurt my grafts. But sleeping with it causes a bit of stress on my recipient area. A small pressure to be exact. When I wake up in the morning, the donor area hurts and I can feel some strange feeling in the recipient area. I feel that I should avoid sleeping normally until the grafts are fully secured. I took many pictures of myself and I'm adding 3 of them; Post surgery, 3 day mark, 6 day mark. It doesn't look I lost any grafts (that I know of because I didn't have any spontaneous bleeding from the recipient / donor areas), but I still wanted to ask the community the following questions: 1) If you practice very light sex (masturbation and/or sex with gf doing all the work), why shouldn't it be used to ease out the stress accompanying a hair transplant recovery ? 2) Is it possible to lose the grafts "from within" due to high blood pressure (caused by regular daily activities and physical pillow stress, but surely not gym-like activities) during the 10-day anchoring window ? I mean, can a transplanted graft stay in but never grow ? Thanks in advanced.
