  1. Thank you! I need to say it is not the haircut...there is a big difference in a short period (6 months). I counted more than 60 hairs only to the shower I had yesterday and on the towel I used to dry them. This is not hair loss, this is hair extinction:(
  2. Hi, I am writing here hope to find some direction. Confessing that I am feeling lost and would appreciate any help. I was using regain for 4 months, which had stopped and reversed (slightly) my hair loss. Good results (photo on the left). The fact is, that I am using fibbers daily, so after a point I got tired and stopped using regain. That was 6 months ago. At the same time I got through a depression crisis and I was very stressed. I believe the combination of these two had devastating results on my hair(photo on the right)-and my mood off course. Now, more that 5-6 hair come out every time I pull them, especially from the crown. Have been loosing hair for 14 years, never seen anything like this. Can tell almost the difference from week to week. Moreover, I have developed a scalp problem (could be skin skin dysaesthesia, have seen a couple of doctors but still not 100% sure). My skin feels acidic, especially when I use fibbers for 2-3 days, which also adds to my stress. Again, I use fibbers on a daily basis and most people do not know the level of my hair loss. And now I might have to quit. I live in London and visited a private dermatologist at Belgravia Centre, who apparently suggested starting a treatment there with their meds. I am thinking about it. At the same time I am wondering…does it worth it? Is there a way back? I feel already very tired. Should I just stop playing with my hair and scalp and let nature take its way? I am considering a hair tattoo, just to stop thinking about it… (just for the record, never been to propecia and for health reasons I cannot). Again, any advice highly appreciated…
  3. Thank you all for the advice, very very helpful. I think I will give it some time with the current conservative treatment (Rogaine, Biotin, Revivogen), and might add something more, like Keratene Retard that London81 mentioned. Doing some research now. Any news from that? Fina will be my last resort guys, I understand 100% your points but trust me, once you have been through erection issues you really learn what your priorities are! Even if the chances for side effects are 1%! I feel now I had a misconception for results the long term effects of HT...I should have been in meds earlier. And this NW6 that you see coming really hurts!!!
  4. Well yeah, some people here have said that didn't do that much...But generally works, from what I read.
  5. Thanks for that. I understand what you say and you are right, my hair loss hasn't stabilised yet. For Finasteride, had erection issues in the past and don't want to take any risks, even minors. Discussed it with my doc too. I need to count on minoxidil only, is this any realistic?
  6. Thank you Rootz! So, from your reply, I guess that even the end of the year seems to close in your opinion?
  7. Hi all, I have decided to move on to a FUE HT, I am just looking for the best timing! I was never into meds and I only recently started using minoxidil, biotin and Revivogen shampoo. I cannot go to Finasteride for medical reasons. My hair loss is quite aggressive the last months. This is a stressful period for me too, not sure if this has an impact. I am 31. I am not sure if I should proceed to the HT asap (next 1-2 months) or wait (and hope!) for my hair loss to stabilise (and go for December). I am worried about the shock loss in the first case. Any help here? Many thanks!
  8. Great results. I applied today for a quote from him:) Nice to find you all btw
