Do the fibers match hair color well? -
I have juiced off & on. You do want to worry about too much fruit for sugar content. Once a day is a good idea. I like to mix veggies & fruits. One of my favorites is carrot, apple, celery for something sweet. You can also go spicy w/ apple, carrot & ginger. Another good sweet is beet, cucumber and celery.

I am having flashbacks on punnett squares from biology! I'm pretty sure it will be a mix of both sides depending on the dominant genes.

How often do you wash your hair? If you're doing it every day, maybe try washing every other day, letting you hair's natural oils come out. If that doesn't work, I've tried Jason's organic conditioner. It's pretty inexpensive and in a lot of stores.

Agreed. Proteins in your diets are a god idea. Also taking supplements like Biotin can help as well.
