Jayukdht, I am in same boat as Roots. I did some research on Dr Bhatti. I am in North America. So far, I have found favorable reviews on Dr Bhatti (especially the guy from UK). I contacted Dr Bhatti last year. He was prompt in responding. He asked me to wait a year. I tried to contact him thrice.. I am not getting any response from him. Did you get a procedure done from him. If yes, can you share your details. Would you recommend anyone from North America. I am impressed by the fact that he is very open to the idea of transplanting hair from Beard Area.. Do you know of anyone in North America who does that?

Can anyone recommend an alternative to Dr Umar on east coast who specializes in BHT?

Folks.. I am looking for recommendations regarding doctors in NJ/NY that would perform Hair transplant using beard or body hair in case donor supply is insufficient. I have read a lot about Dr Umar but he practices in West Coast. I visited Dr Dorin a year back and he mentioned that I might not be a good candidate and recommended that I should try medications first. I used Rogaine for a year. Do not see a significant change. (But I would recommend anyone who is reading this and is in early stage of balding to try it. Worst case scenario is that it won't work! Haven't observed any major side effect) Also, I might get a chance to visit India soon (Mumbai, Hyderabad). If anyone knows about a good doctor, can you please provide the details. Thanks a lottt in advance !!
