ok - I've been purchasing generic finasteride from CVS for a while. Pill is small, white & round. Decided to begin ordering it online from my insurance company instead...just arrived, but looks much different. Pills are gray and tubular shaped. Both are 5mg pills, but concerned b/c they look so different. Want to make sure I'll be taking the same thing when making the switch. Should I be concerned?

I've been on Propecia for 3 months, but decided to switch to Proscar to save money. Picked up the prescription today and noticed that the Pharmacist gave me generic finasteride instead of Procsar. Finasteride is Finasteride, correct? Cost is certainly much better ($15 for a 28 day supply), but want to make sure that I will be taking the same thing I've been on for 3 months now. Other than not wanting to cut the pills, is there a reason someone would stick with Propecia over the generic finasteride?

It's been 2 weeks since my HT and I'm ready to start working out again. Of course, I'm worried about stretching my scar. Would I be safe with body weight exercises (push ups, sit ups, pull ups, etc)? thx.

Thanks. Feels like my scalp is stretched quite a bit. I'm ok with the discomfort...just hoping it goes away!

It has been a little over 1 week since my HT. Staples were removed 2 days ago. Feels much better, but still have quite a bit of pressure on back of my head. How long should I expect to feel this? Thx.
