  1. Hmm. Density looks to be a little on the low side. Think he may need a second procedure
  2. Some people use wrist weights to up the intensity a bit but to be honest the games - particularly the boxing ones are absolutely exhausting and leave me a sweating mess after a few minutes My 'go to' game though is 'Beat Saber' - hitting coloured blocks with virtual lightsabers that come towards you in time with pounding music tracks. Hugely addictive, exhausting on more intense levels and just plain fun. Time flies when you're playing as well and before you know it you've done 45 mins and burnt hundreds af calories.
  3. I've got an Oculus Quest VR headset and it's a surprisingly useful tool for exercising. Quite a few fitness games available for it - boxing, tennis etc. Unlike the rowing machine that sits unused in the corner of my lounge, exercising in VR is a genuinely enjoyable, fun experience that I actually look forward to each day.
  4. I'm quite looking forward to it in the short term, but can imagine going stir crazy after a couple of weeks. Plenty of unwatched Netflix stuff, a bit of DIY I've no excuse to put off now, and hopefully force myself into a bit of exercise now and then.
  5. I stopped finasteride a few years ago after using it for over ten years. I didn't experience noticeable loss afterwards, but then it didn't really benefit me while I was on it. It possibly slowed my loss somewhat but who knows? I've seen enough good results from finasteride though to conclude I was just one of the unlucky ones.
  6. This patient is in his late 30's with fine quality hair and advancing loss. A combination of Propecia and surgery have gone a long way to addressing his concerns. We transferred 1,901 follicular units via FUE with an average of 2 hairs per graft. He is happy with how things are developing at a little over 9 months.
  7. Yes it does look like mpb unfortunately. As has been said though, it's early stages and you may well benefit from finasteride. If you respond well to it, you may stabilise things or even improve your situation. Best of luck with it.
  8. I don't use concealers much these days but I used to find that Dermmatch gave the most natural look to the hairline, while fibres worked great for the crown.
  9. Yep no need for concern. You're grafts will be well rooted by now. Sounds like you're following your surgeon's post op instructions and things should be fine.
  10. It's doing its job then. You've stabilised your hair which puts you in a great position when planning further work.
  11. Thanks Melvin. Yes, he's planning on addressing the crown in the near future so we'll hope to update this case further.
