    could you post some pictures? I agree that side effects of meds may in some cases be devastating. Continue your research until you are absolutely sure that you want to go ahead with HT. Dont take any immediate decisions.

    Your scar doesnt look bad at all. If it really bothers you, go for a laser scar treatment and you should be fine.

    In webmd, it says "there is some preliminary evidence that hair loss can be reduced when biotin is taken by mouth in combination with zinc" but it says that there is insufficient evidence.

    If it led to hair loss, every men would be bald! I dont think there is a correlation.
