  1. What is that ''the clinic mediator hairtransplant'' ?
  2. Search about Dr Keser's works. They are awesome. And there are also other docs Erdoğan, Doğanay. There are top ht surgeons in Turkey.
  3. Have you heard about Dr Keser from Turkey? As far as I know he is the only surgeon at his clinic to perform hairtransplantation - FUE. He has his own style , using manual punch, for about more than ten years he does all procedure manually, extracting and implanting and his results have always amazed me. He doesn't perform FUE with mega sessions, divides operations into days depending on number of grafts patient needs. He has almost best reputation on some other European forums. Especially in German forums, he has many patients talking about him. As I've read from other forums, he does all the things himself with an assistant about patient's hairtransplantations never uses micromotors or etc. But he is not on this forum's suggested doc list. I've read somewhere in this forum that he had an offer after having some results published here then he didn't want to continue being on the list. I see that he is really really famous throughout Europe among people who are searching about hairtransplantation. I, myself, also sent him some photos to examine my hairloss and how many grafts I need. Saving Money
  4. Calm down my friend, you'll be ok when did you had your surgeon ?
  5. I think the best way in FUE is manual punch system. There are some doctors performing FUE by manual punch needles. Extracting and implanting. Thanks to the manual punch system the doctor has the opportunity to choose best conditioned grafts with multiple hairs as needed. and I see the works done by manual punch as an art because as I've searched I see that hairlines are more naturalistic and placement of grafts is much more neat than the works done with the help of motorized devices.
  6. His full name is Muttalip Keser. He has many pre-post op photos on german and italian forums but I couldn't so many here. His work is really successful, too I think. As I've heard he does all surgeries in person and uses manual punch method which is really cool for the rate of steady grafts. I am still searching about him. But he is not in Istanbul, his clinic is in Ankara..
  7. the work seems to have a great success. hope that every single graft will grow well and you'll be completely satified. And I agree with you maybe the left's bigger implanted area makes it seem as if the density is weak but when you approach the ultimate result a few months later and all the hairs have grown that wouldn't draw any negative attention. Everything with your head seems quite clean and refined which is a Dr Keser classic as I've understood so far. good choice, good result. Congratulations!!
  8. Your norwood level is advanced right, but if your donor has considerable amount of grafts with multiple hairs it can be good for density and coverage. in such situations as yours the doctor's artistry is the most important thing to be considered. But your baldness may be reduced considerably by one of the top gifted fue surgeons.
  9. There is a doctor called Keser in Turkey, I've searched a bit about him and see that he has a huge German patient portfolio and his works look great, I've seen some of them on this forum, on youtube, German forum etc. I am planning to make an appointment with him. But I also think about Lorenzo and Erdogan. Their works are really cool, too and there are many results of them to be reached on the web. my first 3 Keser, Lorenzo, Erdogan.
  10. Have you searched about Dr Doganay, Keser ? I heard that their works are wonderful.
  11. I think 4000 may be a waste. Because you seem to have a good potential for donor and your balding area is not so big. In my opinion 2000 with FUE is enough for you. That would be optimal.
  12. I totally agree with Mickey. I heard no one who had hairtransplant in Iran. Turkey is Iran's neighbour you know, maybe it's better for you to search about surgeons in Turkey or anywhere succesful docs are and you can visit.
  13. Some time ago I heard Tom Cruise uses Fin. as well but I don't remember the source and I am not really sure.
  14. That seems really nice. But in terms of 3017 grafts could it have a bit higher density especially for just upper part of vertex? Because you had many multiple grafts. Does the patient think of a second operation in the future? Donor doesn't seem to have much loss of potential, that's cool. Anyway it must be a really satisfying result for such a big balding area. A question: What's the difference in using titanium for your needles?
