Can you upload these pictures directly to the site. The links are broken. I'm not sure if you tried to copy and paste from somewhere else, but that doesn't work.

I’ve never heard of this place. The name alone makes me think of a hair mill. In NJ you should consider Dr. Dorin.

Amazing if this can be turned around in two hits. You must feel relieved to be on the road to putting all of this behind you now! Work looks very precise and all of the extraction sites look nice and distinct from one another which should aid healing without visible scarring or blemishing.
What has Dr Feriduni recommended for the post-op care for the extraction sites? Anti-scarring cream maybe?
Interested to know as well. That said, Dr. Zarev showed me a similar case where grafts were extracted and there was no visible scarring.

He seems to be a new doctor. Don’t know much about him. I would use our list as a starting point for research

Today marks 2 weeks since my procedure, so I wanted to post an update on how things are coming along.
A few things I’ve noticed:
- Most redness has subsided other than the side area’s above my ear.
- Pretty much all of the scabbing is gone. However, the recipient area is still a bit dry and flaky. I’m unsure how to safely deal with this, so I’ve been trying to use natural products. Mainly coconut oil for the dryness which does seem to help a little.
- Haven’t appeared to lose many of the grafted hairs just yet, but they do seem to be firmly in place.
- I have noticed an increase in shedding outside of the recipient area. Could be due to the procedure, or the fact I’ve stopped oral minoxidil for the last couple weeks during recovery.
- The donor area is doing well and the scarring isn’t visible with my hair grown back to a 2 guard length roughly.
Curious to hear any of your thoughts if you got some. Should be a pretty slow few weeks to come, but I’ll post an update in 1-2 months when the recipient area has shed.
Healing really well, donor looks immaculate 🙌

I think the UK has some quality docs, and some up and comers. It’s certainly the most we’ve seen in recent years.

Thanks Melvin, however, does this imply that you are basically stuck with meds forever?
Until there’s a cure for hair loss, yes. You will need to continue to take meds to maintain your hair.

The work looks super clean. I think this may be Dr. Custodio’s first review here. In my opinion, he’s very skilled and a great value. Im actually surprised how thick the crown looks.

Why would you recommend medication e.g. finast/minox before surgery?
Because if you get regrowth that will substantially lower your graft number and save you thousands of dollars.

Doc says 2,500 left for future balding. That'll be when my parietal/lateral humps bald as well as in case my crown goes a bit lower. I don't remember very well but I think he said after the 2,500 that 60% of my donor would have been used at that point. Don't quote me, I wasn't taking notes during the second post op convo.
Damn, that would put you at almost 14K from just the scalp. I think that would be a world record for scalp hair. You have one hell of a donor.

I think this is an excellent plan. It is great to see his young mentor joining in the process. I hope you get the results you deserve 🙏

Your donor still looks thick. How many grafts do you have left?

I have never heard of this doctor. Doesn’t mean she’s bad. Independent reviews are important. However, there’s some good surgeons with very little or no reviews. Lack of reviews doesn’t necessarily mean bad. There needs to be high quality case presentation on behalf of the surgeon though.
Also, the surgeon should be able to facilitate you speaking to a past patient, or possibly help you meet them in person. What is drawing you to this particular surgeon? If its cost and location alone, then you’re already researching badly.

Yes @Niko1 please give us an update 🙏

Damn that’s amazing density. Dr. Zarev is truly a wizard 🧙

You need to stabilize on medication first before considering surgery. Once you've stabilized, you can start by using our list of recommended surgeons, but do your own due diligence and researching using our forum.

Same for me. Absolute god send. 5mg for over a year already. Zero sides.
Same.
Possible DUPA although DONOR has stayed the same for years? Looking to get it microscopically assessed before hair transplant

Your donor does look very thin. Have you seen a doctor in person?
