voipman…That was the same question I had as well. From the initial online consult the request was to fill in the crown and touch up the temples with estimates from numerous doctors at 2500 to 3500 grafts. I chose Dr Hakan wisely due to the initial communication, prior results and skill level. The decision was made apparently during the procedure to balance out the grafts to create a more natural appearance and even density, I guess thinking that the hair at upper area of crown may fall over the thin crown to conceal some of it. Maybe, if I wear my hair long but not with a shorter cut. No grafts were added to the lower portion of the crown. Regardless, I was puzzled. So perhaps it did get lost in translation, who knows, as we are all human. I still do have high regards in his skills and hope I can have a result one can be proud of.
*I wonder if many hair doctors use a PowerPoint type presentation as in dentistry with a template that would show the before and end result of the work to be done on the patient?
