Ha yeah my photography skills could use some work. I'm pretty pleased. The sides didn't grow in as much as the front but such is life. Hopefully it keeps coming in thicker over the next 6 months.
First few months was tough. I grew a beard so people would focus on that and not my hairline. I'd say it was noticeable but no one ever said anything to me.
Welcome to the club! I had mine done with him 3.5 months ago. Although It's not "close" to his office, may I suggest staying at the hotel lincoln for anyone next time? It's next to a farmers market in the summer, the lake, lincoln park, and the zoo. It's only 30-50 mins with traffic.
Hey S Lee. I'm doing well. Scar is minimal and most of my native hair has grown back. A bit of redness has persisted on the scalp. All in all i'm pretty happy for 2 months post-op. Now I just have to wait another 6 months for growth right?
We all feel your pain. I had my procedure done on December 18th and the front quarter of my head was buzzed. I didn't have a terrible hairline before, but now I'm doing a very noticeable comb-over and I think about it all the time. Your 4 month mark sounds pretty good to me right now. We're all in this together!
I didn't shave but it was cropped very short in front(12/18/13). I don't go back to work until Jan 6th so who knows what i'll look like by then. Unfortunately I was trying to set up a date with a girl I had just met before the procedure. Not sure what story I'm going to make up for her. Long story short, I'd go with the Doc's rec.
I"m shocked at how pain free this procedure was. Only taking IBU for pain. I know its going to be a rough journey over the next few months when it all falls out but I'm looking forward to posting next year with a nice hairline.
