Tommy, one very important point in hair transplant is you only have one head and your DONOR area is LIMIT. Any clinic that offers you 5000 grafts+ in a day I would avoid them, as it will have negative influence on the result and quality. Among other reasons such extreme extraction speed the transection rate will be high and grafts will be damaged and will not grow as expected. If you do a small portion HT this will be avoided as healthy grafts will be extracted, placed in the right area and grafts spend less time without access to blood circulation. This goes for anyone who is NW5-6 considering HT.

I agree with the two comments above. You are a NW 5, so you are going to need approximately 5000 grafts to achieve a full head hair. You should do an in-depth consultation with multiple recommended doctors in this form that will be the start. That been said this is my two cents; you need 2 hair transplant a year apart from each other…1st HT 3-3500 grafts to address the hairline and the front part then on your second HT 1500-2000 grafts mid and the crow area. Hey Marcus, I did SMP about 3 years ago with HIS hair clinic. I did over a year intensive research before I went with it. It was the best decision I made in my life, it raised my confidence and changed my life as a whole. There are some alternatives out there, however in in my opinion; HIS hair clinic are most ethical business, most realistic result, more experience, and better reputation. I really want know this too. You have Dr. Bhatti (Asian surgeon) who does much superior work who has got denied here numerous times. Furthermore, about 70% recommended surgeons here are USA based, it makes you wonder?????? None of them show their work, when they do its 2nd rate to Europe and Asian surgeon... .

@dakota3, I had a SMP done by His Hair Clinic about 2 and half years ago. I have only good things to say about my result or the company as a whole. Hope that helps.

@OtherSyde, the class7 with only 3000, good coverage?? I was referring to the results on Dr.'s website. Yes, you may be right, he could have use multi-hair. However, Its still striking result.

@Paulygon This is mind blowing only 2700 grafts for that much coverage. I went to Dr. Parsa Mohebi website, saw the photo Gallery, in my 2 year research I have NOT seen with so few grafts that much coverage; class7 with only 3000, good coverage?? What is his prices? It states in his website, he charges $4.00/grafts and the rate will drop to $2/grafts for any grafts after 2500 grafts in large cases. Did I mistakenly read? Is this for FUT or FUE?

Great write up. I can also vouch for Dr. Bhatti; he is a great human being. I have kept in contact with him for several months now.
