  1. HI, yes well its been 8 months now, and im pretty happy. Sorry for the lack of updates, but its testament to the fact it has worked, as i dont have the urge to come here anymore. I will update though soon !
  2. Funny you ask that. Ive been on Minox 1 x day for the last 4 months, and recently i have noticed im sweating buckets on random occasions lately.
  3. Great improvment, you barely had anything up there pre op! If this was Lorenzo, people would be creaming themselves over this update.
  4. I just noticed in the mirror the pigment change of my recipient area. You can just make out the hair line from when it was fresh after the HT, by seeing the slightly different shade of scalp. Its only noticeable when you look for it, but i can see a line. Im only 5 months post OP though.
  5. yeh they will notice, as it will still be red. Maybe just be honest, don't think you can get away with saying it's sunburn, or any other porkys.. How about a hat and say you had an op that means you gotta cover your head?
  6. i paid the remaining amount in cash when i went to Turkey. All about the tax i imagine,
  7. Best to put Regain on dry hair. Be careful with Niz - i used it 2-3 times a week and shed like a mofo! Maybe once a week is best. When buying shampoo, i now look for ones with no SLS or any other crap. Its usually a bit more expensive, but they do put some nasty chemicals in shampoo these days.
  8. I think its a good result for the amount of grafts. I also think its an honest and realistic result which noobs should bare in mind before they get their expectations too high.
  9. Coming along well, Seems the centre top of your head is a bit slow, much like my own. Did the Dr tell you to quit Minox?! Is that wise?
  10. Have you seen Joe Hart in the recent pictures on Daily Mail? Where did that come from!?
  11. This is something people need to be aware of before booking a HT, You make think your going to get worked on by Dr X, however he might just be 'overseeing' the procedure. I suppose if the clinics are putting out consistent results, then that's all that matters. Still something to think about though
  12. Also thanks for your input QuestionMark. I just checked your progress and you had a great improvement from 4 months to 7 months. So congratulations!
  13. Yeh i noticed that last night - The site is Imagebam, im sure it never used to be porn on there. Will try another site.. lol Thanks for the comments. BTW, will there still be plenty of hairs that havent even started growing yet, or is it more just maturing to come?
  14. Just over 4.5 months. Im really pleased, even if it stayed like this. If you ever wanted to see how evil indoor bright lights are - check these out. My hair looks really good outside in sunlight, but artificial light just kills it.. Excuse the crazy style - i just ran my hands thru it and pushed it all up. I havent done that in years
  15. Your doing pretty well for 34 years old. Get 1500 or so grafts and you'll be sorted.
  16. So you paid for a HT with Rahal - but you actually got a HT by some inexperienced assistants.. False advertising, no? I only paid 1 euro per graft with Dr demirsoy, and he extracted grafts and made the slits! Unless the surgeon is removing grafts and making the slits - i dont see how these surgeons can advertise themselves as Dr ****** when infact, its a couple of assistants doing it all. These Dr's names are just like a brand name really.
  17. Im not sure you know what you are talking about shreyas - Laser should not be used on the face, and it is painful if its working! Especially on coarse hair.
  18. Ok good. Just so long as someone is finding it of use. Thanks for your comments.
  19. IS there much point in me keep updating this thread? Anyone reading it?
  20. 4.5 months and im pretty happy! As hoped, things have improved the last 3 weeks, and just letting it grow helps with how it looks. Got first haircut today, which felt great. I hadn't seen the barber since i before HT, and was curios whether it would be noticed, however nothing was said. Its so good to sit in the barbers chair and see a hairline that i don't despise! I think my left side is growing better, and has a more natural shape. The right side is a little straighter than i wanted, but hey. The center of my head, behind the forelock is still very thin though. Im hoping its just a little late growing. Anyways, here some pics.
  21. Isn't there some link between Omega 3 and 6 being out of balance with a standard western diet? Maybe why Chinese and Japanese people seem to have less MPB than us.
  22. Afraid so. You will still have scabs all over after a week. FUE is underestimated by alot of people, and it takes alot longer than you think to get back to some normality. Either accept that everyone will know, or make up a lie. i.e you had an op on your head, and therefore have to wear a bandage for 2 months, or something like that. Gotta think of yourself, and your own life. Not other peoples opinon, as hard as that is. You might not even be at that job in 2 years time.
