  1. I'm preparing for my procedure with Dr. Arocha and wondering if I should bring earbuds to listen to music or am I going to be out?
  2. Are there doctors out there that have a better reputation for, or more renowned for crown transplants than others? Thanks!
  3. I have the procedure on a Thursday, and we leave Saturday.
  4. Hello, I'm new to the forum and have a HT scheduled with Dr. Arocha in a few weeks. I have a couple questions that you guys might be able to help with. Unless I missed it, Dr. Arocha didn't recommend scalp exercises. What are your thoughts on that? I didn't know how to do them so I just did a search on YouTube and will probably start doing them just in case. Also - I have a week long vacation scheduled after the transplant to San Francisco. From what I've heard there's a lot of walking up and down hills in San Francisco...Do you think I'll be ok if I make it a point to take a cab most places? I just don't know how much/little physical movement I should be doing. Thank you in advance for any advice or feedback.
  5. Hello everyone. I'm 30yrs old and slowly started thinning when I was 19. After a lot of research I decided to pull the trigger on a transplant. I'm scheduled for my procedure with Dr. Arocha in a few weeks and I'm starting to get anxious. I'm taking the week off right after but still nervous it will be noticeable to my coworkers.Right now I'm taking Vitamin K, avoiding caffeine, and aspirin. Just waiting for the big day. I will keep everyone posted and will also start a blog with photos.
