  1. I honestly think that Dr Baubac doesn't play in the same league that Rahal and Shapiro. But it depends on how your alopecia is. If you are looking for a very first line, Rahal is the "special one".
  2. Hi Pma, My growth is coming along properly, as it was in the previous procedures. And yes, I'll put up my final video on YouTube, but I prefer to wait until at least 12 months post-surgery, so it'll be next year. Cheers!
  3. Hi Pma, I've just seen your pictures and they are impressive, in fact, your crown has got the most premature evolution I've ever seen. Normally, the hair of the crown grows slower and you have to wait much more time to see results, especially the final result, because most of the Grafts that were implanted in your crown are multiple, that is to say, they have 3 o 4 hairs each one, and they don't grow at once. So in 4 months' time, you'll have grafts with 2 hairs but there will be 2 more hairs that they'll still have to grow. To be honest, when we met each other at Lorenzo’s clinic (you had just been operated, and I was going to get into de operation theatre), I thought that you were a really difficult case, the ones that you think they might not be fixed by FUE technique. I’m glad to see that I was wrong again. I wish you the best Regards from Spain!
  4. I couldn't agree more. Of course, you'll have my cooperation. Regards from Spain.
  5. Thanks Kasius74, it is exactly what I wanted to read. In the Spanish forums nobody pays attention to you (it must be frustrating), and that is what it’s going to happen here as well, because people here is neither blind nor stupid. Everybody knows my case step by step, even on video. I have freely showed it because I don’t have nothing to hide. I’ve never said that Lorenzo was better than other doctors, and of course, I’ve NEVER criticised the work of another doctor, on the contrary. That’s my way of working on forums and we know how you waste your time. Don’t you like my result and it’s the example that you use to demonstrate your arguments? Ok, perfect. It's your opinion and now we know better what you think. Of course I respect your opinion, and I also respect the half million people who has watched this video: I love Lupanzula’s work and he’s really good at repairing cases like yours. Maybe this time, in your second surgery you can achieve your goal. My best wishes.
  6. My hair story and my life in the forums is public. All what people can know about me is why I freely told it, simply, because I have nothing to hide. I have been operated by Lorenzo like many others, it's something public. l have told all my story step by step, and I have even uploaded some videos in order to show my "real" result without thricks (not only with pictures) The rest is rubbish that comes from someone who has hidden his surgeries and spends all his time criticising Doctor Lorenzo. But that is his problem. At the end of the day the truth always comes out, like this time. And people in forums always show that they're not fools. He usually says “many of us in Spain think this or that about Lorenzo”, (many of us ... ), but the reality is that Lorenzo is by far the doctor who year after year operates more patients. I’m not saying that Lorenzo is the best (and I have never said such a thing), but it’s the real truth, despite Kasius74. Hi Steve, “Kasius74” has been repaired by Lupanzula. Kasius74 has told (not me) to his friends that his second surgery was a repair. We have friends in common. I have even seen pictures of him before his second surgery. So, when you speak with him, he tells you something different from he tells to others (I know why). But it’s easy, you only have to ask to Lupanzula or who represents him, if he made a repair or not. What is more, you only have to ask to Kasius74 if he paid for a repair or not. It’s clearer than water. About Bisanga, as I told before, I have never criticised any doctor in this forum. As an example, this is what I answered in my thread when I was questioned about Bisanga: Again, it's clearer than water.
  7. :) Not in my case, because I like the work of many surgeons and I don't need to criticise any of them. I chose Lorenzo, but it was only my choise and I don't pretend that others follow me. And I understand perfectly that everyone has his own taste.
  8. What a surprise! “Kasius74” the Lorenzo’s enemy number one in Spain, and now trying to do the same in English! It’s really impressive. As you know, I’m a patient of doctor Lorenzo, and I have published my surgery in this forum. You can also see a summary of my “hair story” on Youtube by clicking this link and check the result: Although I’m pleased with my result, you all can check that I’ve never said that Lorenzo was better than other doctors, and the most important thing, I’ve NEVER criticised the job of another doctor, on the contrary. But now I’m going to tell you who “kasius74” is, and what he has been doing for years. - Kasius74 has been operated by doctor Bisanga (FUE technique), but he never published any picture of that surgery. - In 2014 he decided to repair the result of the former surgery, but in this case he decided to change the clinic and he chose doctor Lupanzula (FUE technique as well despite he recommend many times the FUSS technique. In other words, the scar for the rest, not for me). He has never published either any picture of his second surgery. - Why? The answer is easy: he has no time to do it, because he waste all his time in criticising doctor Lorenzo, that is his one and only aim. In the Spanish forums everybody knows him (the typical forum troll), and nobody pays attention to him. He knows that he lost his ridiculous war, and due to that he decided to come here to try to do the same. Let’s have a look at his “modus operandi” (way of working) on this forum. I have just check his nick in order to see his contribution here, and… SURPRISE! He has only written in 6 threads, and which is the main character in 5 of them??... of course! Doctor Lorenzo, and only to criticising and tell you how bad the doctor is :) Here you have the proof: He thinks that you don’t know that Doctor Lorenzo has hundreds of cases published on his web and on social networks, and he definitely thinks that you have no eyes and he can make fun of you. It’s really pitiful. Believe me, you can’t trust him, in fact you shouldn’t trust in anyone who spends all his life on forums doing this “way of working”.
  9. I was lucky to meet Pma at the Lorenzo's clinic 4 days after his procedure, when he was going to have his hair washed. How are thing going Pma? I've just watched your pictures and I'm very glad to see that your hair is growing properly. The problem is that I can only see the thumbnails. If I clik on them, the don't get bigger. What am I doing wrong? Regards from Spain and congratulations! (I'm going to bed because tomorrow I'm flying to England to go sightseeing!!) __________________________ This is the link of my case: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/172176-doctor-lorenzo-1-551-1-301-601-grafts-fue-pictures-video.html
  10. This year I will welcome New Year's Day under the sun, but the best news is that after 5 years post-surgery the hair is still there! Regards from Spain.
  11. 10-15 years??, you've made my day . Yes I considered Dr. Bisanga as well for my surgery. I know really well how is the work of most of the surgeons in Europe, and for my liking Bisanga is one of the best. He has lots of good results regularly (the regularity it's very important if you want to take the plunge, because your possibilities of success grows a lot, and that's definitely all that we want). In the end I decided to choose Dr. Lorenzo due to the enormous quantity of videos in his website, and his post-surgery attention. But Dr. Bisanga is a great choice, doubtless. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Maybe the students of that university don't know google translator . Thanks again. Thanks and regards from Spain. _________________________________ Now I'm going to show you another picture. It's only a curiosity. The first picture on the left is from the first day post-surgery, my third one (temples). One and a half year later, I came back to the same hotel (provided by the clinic), the same room, and the same bathroom. _________________________________ You can see the video of my complete hair story in Youtube by clicking this link:
  12. Thanks "Lloyd". Your words are appreciated. As I told you before, I'm going to show you other examples when you'll be able to see how to change your life if you're lucky with your surgery. On the left, you can see me in 2008 (a few months before my first surgery). I was with my family in Spain. On the right, you can see me in 2010. I was at the British Museum in London Can you see the differences?
  13. Hi everybody, I'm back again. Sorry for not answering before because I've been very busy. "David-TakingThePlunge", "Future_HT_Doc", "Vanilla" (lots of thanks for your words), "MAGNUMpi", "Suarez" (BTW very common Spanish surname, so, 10 years younger?? ), "james84", "chrisdav", I feel overwhelmed by your words towards me. I'm happy you enjoy with my pictures and my video, but I'm glad you think that my English is OK!! I can't believe it. As I told you before, I'm studying English and in two weeks I'm starting my 4? year of 6. I'm doing my best but I'm still in the middle of my target, and picking up a new language when you're 42 years old is really difficult, at least fo me, above all when I have to speak (writing is always easier). Hi "jbrant". Dr. Lorenzo is bilingual, in fact I think that he lived in the USA for a while. And the other Doctor of the clinic, Ximena Vila, is bilingual as well. Nowadays Dr. Lorenzo is working with Doctor Farjo in Manchester (U.K.). I think that he'll work there only for 1 year and after that he'll return to his clinic in Madrid, but I'm not completely sure. Well, that's all for today but I promise that I'll upload some pictures and I'll try to explain how I feel today after my "hair story". Regards from Spain. PD.- How do you like my video? Do you think that I would be able to have a great career in Hollywood?
  14. Thak you very much for your words. And yes, I know the work of many doctors (especially in Europe), and I've never said that Dr. Lorenzo is the best or better than another one, but he has lots of good results, very often (the regularity it's very important for me), and he's well-known for his post-surgery attention. And he's one of the doctors who gets the biggest average of survival grafts (for my liking). And I bet which is your favorite picture..., maybe at the beach? Yes, the first surgery is very "flashy" but I wear a strategic hairstyle. As you can see in the pictures before the second surgery, I have a fire line and I need more density in general, help in my crown, and rebuild my temples. Good luck! and thank you.
  15. But I really think that the best way to see a surgery is by video, and I made one. You'll be able to see all the process since the beginning, with different hairstyles, brushed with comb or with my hand. I haven't told this story to my friends, you can believe me. I don't know if they really imagine or suspect something, but I promise that none of them never told me anything about that except: "you look better without moustache" (and I never had moustache), or "you look too skinny" (and I weigh 2 kilos more than before). You can see the video in Youtube by clicking this link: PS: I'm going to be travelling 2 days, so if somebody wants to ask me something or needs more pictures, sorry but I think I won't be able to answer until I get home.
  16. And this is how I look now with my hair very long. (I think it's really important to let your hair grow if you want to look well after a surgery). My temples:
  17. Now, I want to tell you a little secret. I hate my old pictures, I mean the ones before the first surgery, so I decided to keep them onto a folder with password. I only know the password but I've made a "collage" with part of them and now I'm going to show them you. I think that you're going to understand why I hate them... (click on the picture if you going to see it bigger)
  18. 11 MONTHS POST-SURGERY: Now different hairstyles with the hair longer than usual: New temples:
  19. December 2010. It's Christmas time. I took this picture to wish happy 2011 to all my friends and relatives. 2 years later. December 2012. It's Christmas time again. I took this another picture to wish happy 2013 to my family. Can you find the differences?
  20. 7 MONTHS LATER (AFTER THE THIRD SURGERY - 601 Grafts). First of all, this is how I was before my 1st surgery: And now my crown: My "new" face: Before and after 2008 - 2012: Before and after 2008 - 2010 -2012:
  21. March 28th, 2012. The "rebuilding" of my temples and my new face At the hotel after the third surgery (601 Grafts): After having a shower.
  22. I really appreciate your words. It's difficult to me to explain writing in English, but for sure it'll help me for my studies. Thank you very much. Regards from Spain, and wait a few minutes because the best is coming.
  23. 22 YEARS BEFORE AND AFTER: (1,551 + 1,301 grafts later) I was 18 years old in the first picture and I still keep this Levi's T-shirt because of a sentimental reason. In this picture I have just arrived at home by bike and due to that I have this kind of hairstyle.
  24. 20 YEARS BEFORE AND AFTER: One of my favorite movies ever is BACK TO THE FUTURE, and this is how I feel now. 20 years ago I was in Venezuela and I took the first picture. 20 years later I took another one (on the right), and I put in the middle the one in just before the surgery in 2008. The difference? In 2008 I ate king prawns, and now I have to eat nuts
