10 months back I did a hair transplant that so far looks successful. During the same number of months I have used Performance Minoxidil 5% to give the transplanted hair a fresh start. Lately, lets say 2 months back I noticed lack of sexual interest and recently problem with the erection. The usual morning erection was gone and if I got an erection it disappeared after a few minutes. I had no idea why this was happening until by coincidence I came across this forum with several notices describing similar experiences. Immediately after having gained a possible cause of what is going on with my sexual appetite and performance I stopped using the Minoxidil treatment. Just a few days later my sexual appetite improved and my erection is back again. There is no doubt in my mind that Minoxidil treatment is causing negative sexual side effects. No more Minoxidil for me!
