Hi Guys, i was comparing my self with following pictures,This Guy done transplant with Doctor Hamayun and first season he got around 4000 grafts and 2nd 2700 , i was in much better position than him, with more hairs on donor,more healthy but still doctor told me that i have 2800 grafts which so far seem less around 2000 or less. Maybe this GUy is famous cricketer and i was just Ordinary person and this is the reason doctor treat him specially with better service My pictures are attached, before Hair Transplant, any professional HONEST comments will be appreciated

Hi everyone, i had recently HT in Pakistan in Dr Hamayun Clinic with Junior Doctor Faisal. after HT i have search almost every website, tons of comments,photo,websites of doctors patients, to learn more about HT and after HT result. at the moment i am 6 months post op, i had 2800 grafts FUT method,more details check my website Hair Restoration Site for HKBOY i have seen thousands of photo of different western doctors patients who had same method of HT as mine one season with 1500 graft to 3000 grafts but their result is very very impressive, fantastic , even one season they got very satisfactory result which dose not need 2nd season. My result after 6 months, its very poor,and so far i am thinking that i have been cheated by doctor as my HT seem less grafts were transplanted ,around 1500-1800. i dont think that Western doctors do some magic which give good density to their patient but i do strongly believe that western doctors are working very honestly and very sincere with their patients. i dont think that those doctors who are posting photo of their patients on this website or others, or the ADMIN of this site doing any trick to show or support western doctors. anyone can tell me why many patients who had transplant in west why their result is same or even better as 3 HT done by Pakistani doctor on ordinary person. after having this all experience i strongly advise to everyone who thinking or planing to go to pak to get HT, first of all stay away from doctors who running many Clinic all around the PAK in every city, 2nd do not go to doctors who doing lots of publicity online, website,newspaper,TV and showing many TV ACTORS, CELEBRITY pictures. i strongly believe that Pakistan now a days its become trend to cheat patient with 2-3 seasons of HT even patient deserve 1HT . there is lost of guys who had HT in Pakistan, non of Guy will tell you that they know exact figure of Graft or doctor told them how many single, double, or triple grafts they have received. after surgery doctor give them approximately rough idea. there is lots of good quality surgeon in Pakistan ,honest, sincere they do not take advantage of fake publicity,fake pictures of TV Actors,celebrity etc or running many clinic to get more business,i had meet many guys who had transplant with doctor who dose not do much publicity, just one clinic,their surgery result is very good. my suggestion for everyone who travel to INDIA or PAKISTAN always go to doctor who had done many surgeries, one clinic, not much publicity. because talent always speak and if you look around you will meet many patient who had done surgery with unknown doctor but their result is very good. remember do not look at price of HT in PAK or INDIA, in fact you are paying same price as HT done in Turkey, czech republic, China. only the difference is that one HT price you pay in China or Turkey, same price or even higher you will pay in INDIA and Pakistan with 2 to 3 seasons

dear david, please kindly check attached photo. i do understand all process and i will wait more 5 to 7 months but after checking with some surgeon i made comment that i have received less grafts than what i have been told by doctor who done HT. attached picture 3655 this picture is taken after 7 days HT picture 0794 this is taken right after HT same day picture 0778 & 0782 this is picture before surgery. you can see front and donor ,the strip was one ear to another and i was expecting more or less 4000grafts as my donor is very healthy. picture 3799 & 3800 this is after 5 month HT. regards, pakboy

i had travel to Karachi and i had HT with Dr Humayun Clinic so far not happy with the result. and after consultation with some surgeon in hong kong and china all told me that my first HT grafts seem to be less than 2000 but person who is in charge there he told me that they transplanted 2800 graft. now after 5 months HT, i can see that less grafts were transplanted but i still wait 5 to 7 more months to make sure that i am right or wrong. as Bill mentioned he is also right but Bill dose not know anything about Pakistan because he just look at doctor education level,experience and Dr Humayun himself he is very nice person but as he is human being he unable to monitor all clinic in different city. past 5 years or more there is a Trend in Pakistan to charge more and put less graft so client come back again for 2nd surgery. now its become regular practise especially those who do lots of advertisement, clinic in different city they are all involved. there is many still getting HT with unknown doctor in Pak who have just one clinic in one city and had done many many transplants.as HT is JOB of doctor who have rich expreriance and had dealt with lots of cases. if doctor is plastic surgeon but dose not have much experience he is useless in this field

My surgery lasted for 6 hours, 2800 grafts, if you have same time with 4 peoples, its mean there is something wrong with graft calculation

as you know Dr Humayun is very reputable surgeon,i am sure he will never cheat anyone , but u know he cannot check each and every his team staff what they doing or how they handling the client. i am fully agree with you,Dr every clinic should provide every details of graft and there should be sufficient staff to manage the HT, when you had surgery, how many peoples were there to handle you? i unfortunately have 2 female staff and one Male staff but Male staff i don't count in as he was did nothing except moving in and out

Hello Guys I am 1 month post op and had 2800 grafts with Dr Humayun Junior Doctor Mr Faisal Akhlaq Khan M.B.B.S.M.C.P.S ( Surgery) and F.C.P.S ( plastic surgery F.I.C.S ( USA). in Dr Humayun Clinic Karachi . I did my research via this forum as the dr is recommended here and the internet in general. I view dr patients sites. The feedback was pretty positive and after detailed e-mail exchanges for a few months with few drs in Pakistan i decided to go with the Dr Humayun. I was very happy going into it and fully expected to get a great job. My experience with mr faisal the consultant was pretty good, The consultant answered every question whatever i asked .due to Dr Humayun appointment schedule he was not available at HT booked date, Consultant recommended to get HT done by Dr Faisal.i was hesitant and decided to check with Dr Humayun to make sure Junior Dr have enough experience in HT. i have spoken with Dr Humayun ,he assured me that The Junior Doctor is working with him around 2 years and had performed many HT and have very rich experience in plastic surgery.he is willing to take full responsibility . i was very satisfy and decided to proceed with Junior Dr at 27 Feb 2013, i reached on time, The consultant take me to HT Theater, The HT Theater was good, clean and modern, 2 female nurse and one male nurse was waiting for me. Female nurse numb the donor area with few injection and the Doctor part was drawing the recipient area,taking picture and taking the strip out and closing the scar as well as making the incisions whilst the nurses cutting and putting the grafts in place . Doctor disappear as soon as incisions done, i thought he will back to check the progress but later i found that he left the Clinic as soon as his JOB Done. The operation it self was pretty straightforward and simple,well entertained with local and international channels and it lasted 5-6 hrs. They gave me a sandwich with orange juice. during the surgery 2 person ,one male and one female was cutting the graft and one female nurse was placing. The male nurse seem to be all-rounder ,as he was moving in and out in whole process ,sometime he start cutting graft and than disappear and come back after some time, might he do other JOBS also. or outdoor work in my opinion there should be 4-5 staff who continuously work with full concentration to complete the HT but in my case 2 female nurses was involved, one was cutting and one was placing beginning to end. MALE nurse i think he hardly sit one hour. there was no information provided,related to strip,how many grafts will be available,how many grafts of 2 hairs or more one one hair. i apologize if i m wrong but i did not notice anything that they was counting the graft as whole process they have conversation with each other, after the HT Male Nurse take me to consultant office, i asked consultant how many grafts i got, he told me that i check with MALE NURSE, he call him and reply was 2800 grafts, i did not talk anything and settled the balance payment. but still in doubt how the MALE nurse was counting the graft as he did not worked properly in whole procedure . i was expecting around 4000 grafts as my donor density is very good with very thick hair. and strip is took from one ear to another ear, i know one guy he is Cricketer Rana Naveed who got the HT from Dr Humayun, he received 4000 or more grafts in first season. 2 season he got 6700 grafts. when i compare my donor picture with him, i am in much better position than him his picture can be found at Mohammad Humayun Mohmand, MD, FRCS Hair Transplant Surgeon in Islamabad , Pakistan After the HT Mr Faisal Consultant gave me a detailed instructions to what to do for the next few days as well as a list of pain killers which i obtained from the pharmacy on the Ground floor There was no pain, just a bit of discomfort for a couple of days post op as well a lot of tiredness and little swelling. Next day Consultant called to check my condition how i am doing,etc After 10 days i went back and had the stitches taken out. Things look ok so far but its still early days. My overall experience was satisfactory:), except the Graft Calculation method:rolleyes: The op though went well and i am happy with that aspect but i am still waiting for the results
