  1. How's it all going now?

    Any update?

  2. The reason why my results were poor is due to the dermatits I had prior to the surgery. If you look closely at my pics that I just posted, I still have it. This skin condition in my opinion has negatively affected my overall yield. I tried using the Polytar AF shampoo and that helped for a little but it never fully took it away. I'm not blaming anyone, it's nobody's fault. So for future reference to all that suffer from dermatitis and are thinking about having a HT, go and see a dermatologist to get things cleared up before pursuing a HT.
  3. Hey guys, It's been a very long time since I updated my hair loss website. It's updated, feel free to ask questions or express your opinions.
  4. Yea I know, sorry about that. I have been really busy because I'm in grad school and I haven't had much free time. My semester ends in 2 weeks so I'll update it then when I have some free time. To be honest, some days it looks good and other days it doesn't. The right side of my hairline still lacks density in comparison to my left side. I still have 2 more months of thickening left so we'll see.....
  5. Will 100 grafts really make that much of a cosmetic difference?
  6. Wow, what a very detailed write up. The first week is definitely nerve wracking but try not to obsess like I did. Happy growing!
  7. Happy Birthday Joe. I thought your temple points looked great before but I guess they will look even better now. Happy growing!
  8. Your hair looks great! I'm happy for you and I'm sure you'll have a killer hairline right around the holiday season. Happy growing
  9. I haven't posted pics in a long time....been crazy busy. I'll post pics this weekend...so far I'm pretty pleased with my results with the exception of the right side of my hairline. The hair is there, it just needs to thicken.
  10. So far so good! I'm glad to see you didn't have to shave your head just to get a hairline touch up. Happy Growing
  11. Great result! I would like to see what his hair looks like without all that gel. Either way it looks terrific.
  12. Are you applying Vitamin E oil to the recipient area? If you are, the oil might be dripping down onto your forehead, thus causing your pores to clog. Many times this will cause acne flare ups. I suggest trying some acne soaps; I personally would stay away from any kind of acne soaps that contain benzoyl peroxide. Try one with salicylic acid. Since the pimples are on your forehead, you shouldn't worry about it effecting your grafts.
  13. If you have oily hair and it looks like sh*t at the end of the day, I would wash it. I workout pretty much everyday and if I don't wash my hair every day, it looks horrible. So I would say wash it every day if it needs it but I wouldn't use a medicated shampoo every day.
  14. TampaMan, Congratulations! Do you have any before and after pictures to share with us? I'm glad to hear how happy you are now.
