SkinEd I use Nanogen.

I purchased a can of Fibond recently.

Still need to try it more.

It appears to me that Nanogen & Fibond are nearly identical type products.

Nanogen offers "auburn" color which is a bit closer to my color.

I like the Nanogen "Locking Mist" and yes I use it everyday.

The locking mist seems less "sticky", maybe a bit lighter than hairspray, & smells pretty good.

Sometimes I will add a tiny bit of regular hairspray too.

"Locking Mist" is just a "strong hairspray" You can use any regular hairspray with Fibond.

Thanks mate. Its not something you can do in a hurry. Maybe I need more practise. What product do you use? Do you lock it in with hairspray afterwards?

Yes It really locks it in good with a mist of hairspray.

Ok, got the product through the post last week.

 

Please bear in mind, I'm still getting to grips with the Caboki I've already got, so application if Fibond may need some adjustment. This is my 1st attempt, but may work better if I had more time.

 

I had applied Kirkland 5% the night before, but thought it would be dry the next morning.

 

When I sprinkled the Fibond, it came out in some clumps, so had to brush off and start again. Not sure if this is beacuse of the Minoxidil the night before. Maybe washing hair and then drying might achieve a better result.

Thanks for posting. If you have any moisture in your hair when applying it will sometimes clumb. Directly after washing your hair and thoroughly drying

will give best results.

Shipping from US to UK can take 10 days.

For best results apply Fibond and gently pat the hair until it's covered.

You can mist the hair with the pump style hair spray for an extra strong hold.

Here is 1 pic before using Fibond and 2 pics after using Fibond. The texture of Fibond is superior to other concealers I've used. I really like this for the crown area and top of my head. As for the hairline, it could just be my new experience with it, but it did not seem to be as good for the front hairline. Maybe after some use with it, I may get down a better technique (I will post again after some further use with it. Even with Nanogen it took a few applications to get it down). I have found that using Fibond on the top area and Nanogen on the front hairline is a great combination. Thanks again to Fibond for sending me a sample. I definitely recommend this product over many of the others I've tried such as Prothick, Toppic, etc. Fibond and Nanogen seem to be the top of the line.

I'm interested in this product. Does Fibond rub off? say If I was wearing a hat most of the day and then took it off after a few hours, would the Fibond still be there as I applied it?

If something is continually rubbing on the area it will move the fibers around.

It's best to apply the Fibond after you take the hat off.

The only complaint I have about Nanogen is it costs me so much.

So if your product works as good and is a better value I would switch.

If for some reason you don't like it we will refund 100% of the purchase.

Yes, I have never heard of "Nanogen". I have heard of others products but not them.

fibond....I am a big fan of Nanogen. I hope once I have a full 12 months post-op to greatly lessen or eliminate concealer use, but for the time being I am using Nanogen daily.

 

Can you tell me anything about your product and how it may differ from Nanogen?
