cut your really short before the procedure and go to work that way so there is no "surprise" after the procedure and people get used to your new look - believe me, you're more subconscious of how your hair looks than people really care - they may look up at your head and stare once or twice and wonder what you did, but then that's it, they're not constantly thinking of you, people have their own lives and problems to think about - once you figure that out - you realize there is nothing to be worried about. and 3 weeks after your procedure, you'll be pretty healed up, your native hair will have started growing back and you will look fine
