no reputable surgeon will act on your impulse of "i'm thinking about now though" .... all hair transplant surgery is done with the future in mind - that's the hard truth because hair loss is progressive and no surgeon will look at your current situation as static - good luck to you

lots of red flags even from the pics on their IG - completely un-natural hair design, lots of one-size-fits-all approach examples, and particularly with this one, aggressive hairline is completely unrealistic compared to the recessed temples
i'm afraid you would regret lowering your hairline that much when you're older and it doesn't look age appropriate. I hope you consult with a few very reputable and ethical surgeons who will likely give you the same advice. The more aggressive you go at a younger age, the more likely you'll have to have more surgeries in the future to keep up and maintain it. Good luck to you.
Drs. Feller & Bloxham do excellent and consistent dense pack FUT work always with an eye toward future loss and to maximize donor supply
Hasson & Wong, Shapiro, Cooley, Konior (long wait list), Gabel, Arocha - others I consider top notch
My opinion would be Dr. Bloxham all day. I would say he'll attack the frontal zone zone first with a dense pack FUT strip procedure. Go back 12 months later and do the vertex and crown with a second surgery and you should be all done. He's extremely knowledgeable, transparent and putting out some great consistent, natural looking results - see his youtube channel (Feller & Bloxham Medical).
being content, happy and in peace with our appearance is an amazing feeling so I'm very happy for you ... going for a little hairline touchup myself at the end of the year with Dr. Bloxham - a little gift to myself!
