  1. Hi Just looking for advice on which products to use now that I am a month out and the vast majority of the transplanted hairs have shed. I used to use Nizoril a lot and found it excellent. Is it too harsh from the transplanted zone now? I have Alpecin also. Has anybody found this effective? In regards to helping remove the pinkish tinge from my skin on my transplanted areas. I am pale in nature so I am aware that this doesn't help me. What are effective products. I am currently using Witch Hazel which has some great reviews. I am a little concerned about the 14% alcohol content. I know aloe Vera is used quite a lot. I have Paw Paw which is a mixture of aloe Vera and Vitamin E. Any suggestions or what has worked well for people?? All seems to be healing well at this stage. Very happy with my incision line. Great work from the Dr Konior there. Cheers
  2. Cheers Matt Here's hoping it will be looking good come winter. Out of curiosity when did your transplanted hairs shed. As you can see I have mine buzzed short as the location of my grafts don't really suit growing it out existing hair. Dr Konior did such neat work along my incision line that I'm comfortable enough wearing it short for now. Hope all is continuing to progress well for you. Your hairline was the clencher for me in choosing Dr. Konior.
  3. Frontal View. Blade 2 all over my existing hair.
  4. Another side view with a Blade 2 cut. Apologies for the bad orientation.
  5. Strip view from the back after 13 days. Blade 2 cut all over my head here.
  6. Here is a top down of the grafts nearly two weeks out from the op. 2500 grafts frontal 500 crown. Doc said I had great density, laxity, hair colour so hoping it works out as hoped.
  7. Hi I only have my IPAD so I can't seem to add photos. I'm a little numb only above my incision line. Really impressed with how this has healed. I decided to buzz down to a blade two all over as I look silly having hair that is long at this stage. Obviously this makes the scar stand out but to be honest this is more so because the exact area having been buzzed tight. Once it grows out a little I'm confident I can conceal it pretty easily. May the long wait commence.
  8. Thanks David. So glad I went through with it. I will keep you updated Cheers.
  9. I wanted it pretty dense at the front and its better to be more conservative with the crown for the years ahead. Sometime I'll have a blade 2 all over but that was because my thinning areas were very prominent then so hopefully in a few months I will never buzz short again. Strip limits that anyway but for what I have seen Koniors scars are undetectable even at a blade 3/4
  10. Thanks Gram. Hoping it all goes to plan. I have to say that Dr Konior is meticulous in everything he does. All his staff are first class too
  11. Thanks He put 2500 in the front and little over 500 in the crown. I will put up photos of the staples when the cream is of the incision. Incision is very clean and looks good. So here's hoping it all come out very well. Check out my blog I have old photos there.
  12. Yes it's best practise especially with a large amount of coverage. It's better for the Dr. So he can see the angle of the hairs. I'm 30. It was taking up my thought process too much so I decided to go to the best Doctor and get it done. Hoping it turns out well in a few months time.
