Hello, Where can I buy minoxidil in India. Having hard time finding it

Dear all, This forum helped me a lot understanding hair transplant procedures and what options were available for me during the rough (NW IV) time. I took deep breath and had hair transplant on 23rd dec 2012. I must say that is the best decision i have ever taken in my life. I feel more confident now than I was few years back . I feel stupid that I didn't go for HT before my marriage:o. I had round two of FUT on exact same day (23rd dec 2013) with the goal of lowering hairline and bringing temples little forward to narrow forehead. I would like to return favor to my fellow hair loss sufferers and post my HT experience in new thread. Wish you all very happy new year.

I know there are many pills that could prevent further hair loss. Are there any pills that will prevent grey hair or reverse them?

Hello All, Hope you guys are doing good. I have just completed 7 months post operation. What is the best moisturizer or gel for transplanted hair. Are there any recommended ones?

Most of my hair shedding did look like that for first few months.

Never heard of it. Is that recommended here?

Which one is the best for me. I am already into 5 month after HT. I have used Minox 5% liquid for a month. That made my scalp very dry and flaky. I have stopped using it. Looking at the shampoos now. Which one is the best for me. My scalp is usually looks little oily even without any products.

Thanks guys for the reply. Is that normal to have shedding hair "slight L shaped bend" at the root?

I am 35 post HT. I am seeing some or most of the transplanted hair shedding with the small bent on the transplanted edges for the last 8 to 10 days. Did i loose the grafts? :confused: Any one has experienced this before?

Is it Okay to be tough on crusts / scabs (Whitish flakes) after 28 days and brush them off? I have been taking shower for last 28 days. But for some reason my crusts are not leaving me I tried to brush my hair today and it tackled new hair with it. I am little cautious to do it. I am not panicing though. Seeking for experts advice

My HT doctor prescribed propecia. I am buying it at walgreens for $90 (30 x 1mg pills). Where do you guys buy usially?

I had my MT done 10 days back. I see my skin on recipient area became whitish color and thick crusts formed in patches (multiple hairs into one block). I am not pulling them off. However, I am little concerned that it may take down my grafts when it falls off as it is very thick. Is that normal to have thick crusts or scabs in the recipient area?:confused:

Thanks for your reply. I feel my skin peeling off from my head than forming scabs around the hair grafts. after 8th day, Is that normal? I searched through all posts but could not find any . They are looking like earthquake on my head.

I had my HT with Dr Diep and I am following all his post op instructions. Until yesterday i did not have those many scabs. All of sudden i was surprised to see scabs (cracks) on my head this AM. I was little nervous to wash them off as I thought my grafts are attached to those scabs.

Is that normal to have some cracks on transplanted area at 8th day?

Cost of hair transplant at Dr S umar's clinic is 8$/Graft. There are some discounts available on top of it. Did i see it right? 8 dollars / graft ? looks like i have to work few more years to consider HT from Dr Umar :confused:

What would be cost of hair transplant in Chicago area? I am yet to decide whether to get it done in my local Chicago area or go to HW or Rahal.
