  1. @James84, Thanks for your commend. before the HT, we check the donor area to see whether we can get a good result. If the donor area is not strong enough for a HT operation, we don't do a hair transplantation for this patient. Please check our web page and the results.Dr. Hakan Doganay*Hair Transplant Surgeon in*Antalya,*Turkey
  2. I would like to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. Especially, I really appreciate Bill's kind and informative afford to make recommendation possible. Once again, thanks to everyone.
  3. Hello All, These are 3700 grafts, after 8 months and 12 months results. I have been doing this job since 2002. I use Choi Hair Transplanter / implanter Pen technique. With this technique, I use small pen needles which has 6-7-8 diameters for planting grafts into recipient sites. After the surgery, patient's recovery is faster and the result is natural. To extract the grafts from the donor area, we use small blade called micro-motor, it has 0.7-0.8 mm diameter and does not harm donor hairs' roots. Please check the pictures to see my technique. All of the pictures and videos belong to my work. Thank you for your comments about the results. Best,

  6. Thnaks for your comment. @Bill! We posted these pictures just to show how the ''after 2 weeks' results'' look like. We posted several other pictures to show after 6 months and 1 year results. Here is one of them http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/168673-3530-850%3D4380-grafts-dr-hakan-doganay.html'>http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/168673-3530-850%3D4380-grafts-dr-hakan-doganay.html'>http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/168673-3530-850%3D4380-grafts-dr-hakan-doganay.html'>http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/168673-3530-850%3D4380-grafts-dr-hakan-doganay.html But you are right, people can misunderstand these pictures as ''results''. We should have mentioned about this. I will explain this in the explanation part. @Spanker! Please check these pictures http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/168673-3530-850%3D4380-grafts-dr-hakan-doganay.html Thanks

  8. The maximum number of grafts we can do in one day depend on the patient. But normally 1500-2000 grafts. To extract the grafts from the donor area, we use small blade called micro-motor, it has 0.7-0.8 mm diameter and does not harm donor hairs' roots. It is enough for extraction. After extraction, 3 nurses clean and save the grafts in sterilized cells. We keep these cells in a refregerator during the operation. The nurses put the grafts into needles and Dr.Hakan DOGANAY plants the graft with the help of needles. Best
  9. @Stinger99! After extraction, we clean and save the grafts in sterilized cells. We keep these cells in a refregerator during the operation. Thanks

  13. Hi All, Sorry for late response. @Stinger99 and @mickey85! By using manual punch, you can get 600-700 grafts in 3 hours. With motorized punch, it is possible to get around 2500 grafts in 3 hours. Some people say that motorized punc damages donor areas. If you are not careful, motorized or manual does not matter both of them can damage other hair roots. While doing HT, the time is important to keep hairs safe. For this reason we use motorized punch and we haven't seen any problem. Additionaly, we keep hairs from donor area in a steriziled caps in a refrigerator during a surgery. Again, for the safety of the hairs from donor area and for a better result, we prefer to use motorized punch. We posted several pictures. You can check the results to see after surgery donor areas. Best
  14. @PupDaddy! We work on a patient multiple days with planting and harvesting to avoid grafts damage if number of grafts are high. For instance, for 3900 grafts, 2-3 days are enough to harvest and plant. Best
  15. @toto75! No, traces doesn't remain in the donor area. You can check the pictures we posted. Some of them show the donor area. Please check the youtube video below. Best
  16. Hi All, Concerning some of your questions, to extract the grafts from the donor area, we use small blade called micro-motor, it has 0.7-0.8 mm diameter and does not harm donor hairs' roots. To load the gradts, we use kind of pens and they have 6-7-8 mm diameters. Best
  17. thanks for your comments. @Bill! Unfortunatelly we have just these pictures for this patient. I posted several pictures from other patients and they show top parts, too. I will upload more pictures and videos to show the results. @PupDaddy. Our technique is FUE. Since to load the grafts we use kind of pens, it is called as Implanter Pen technique. To extract the grafts from the donor area, we use small blade called micro-motor, it has 0.7-0.8 mm diameter and does not harm donor hairs' roots. The Pens have 6-7-8 diameters. Some videos will be posted to show how we work and how this technique. U will have more idea after watching them. Best
