  1. Thanks. Using saline spray along with aloe Vera. Anyone hear of bio oil?
  2. Hello everyone. I am day #2 after FUE for 700 grafts to crown area. So far so good I guess. Bleeding and oozing has stopped. Scabs are forming in recipient and donor area. I washed my hair for the first time this am with Baby shampoo in a cup and rinsed 5 times w/o direct stream of water. I am using benadryl for the itch and spraying both donor and recipient areas with Saline every 3 hours. I am also taking Keflex (2 days left) and a Medrol dose back ( 2 days left). I also restarted my oral Hair vitamins (MSM, Biotin, Fish Oil). My question is: Is there soemthing else I can/should be doing to the donor area. My post op instructions do not mention anything. I asked the Doc and he said Aloe Vera was fine if I wanted. In other peoples experiences did Aloe Vera or Emu Oil or Bio Oil help reducing the FUE scars/hypopigmentation from the donor area or expedite the healing process? Any other thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I will post pics and the whole story of the Doc and process in a few days. Thanks. J

  4. I appreciate the advice. Looking doubtful he will be my choice. Anyone have experience with Dr. boles. I have heard both good and some negative. J
  5. Strongly considering going with Dr. Gallagher for FUT on crown. I need 1000 grafts. Any updates or reviews or comments?
  6. Hello, Went to see Dr. Boles of NuHart last week for a consult. He recommended FUT and about 700 grafts for my Crown area - only area thinning at this point. He also does neograft but said for my case the cheaper FUT would be best. My concern is the scar - anyone have work done by Dr. Boles? Reviews? I am also seeing Dr. Glat and Dr. Gallagher in the next few weeks for consults. Any reviews? Issues? Thanks.
  7. Had a consult with Dr. Boles of NuHart today. Any one have a transplant with him? Any other surgeons in Philadelphia I should be consulting. Going to Dr. Glat and Dr gallagher in a week. Thanks. Btw I need about 800 grafts on top.
