  1. ------------------------------------------------ I am on finasteride and noticed that it works well on the crown, but the sides..ugh..I need help with regrowth. I use Spectral DNC all over the place wherever I see I need regrowth. it is very good. I hope fin does not hinder growth on the sides. im a woman and I need hair on the sides.
  2. ------------------------------------------- It's really a hormonal issue. A genetic predisposition to DHT or an autoimmune response. if we can normalize the immune system then I beleive that wil cure most female hair loss. It's something with genes and the immune response.
  3. You can ger Revita at the Vitamin Shoppe. I used it for a couple of months. It's a good shampoo. i also use their Spectral DNC wirh 5% minoxidil. Godd product, but drying to the scalp.
  4. I disagree. i can concur with manco. I've been on Finasteride for only two weeks andI have experience regrowth that I, my dematologist, and my husband noticed on the top back portion of the crown. I am hoping it works of the fromtal crown, the trouble spot for most women. But I will take all the hair I can get. I am determined to get my hair back!
  5. I am a female on finasteride. It appears to be working however I get dry scalp and oily alternating. It seems like it grows and then stops..back and forth. Is this an adjustment? I have been on it two weeks. My husband said he sees new hair growing in the crown where it never was before. I hope I don't have to stop because of the scaling etc..
  6. I am a woman on finasteride. it appears to be working after only two weeks, howeveri get dry scalp or oily alternating. Any comments? Do you take finasteride finpecia or propecia? Where do you get your supply? Are they different?
  7. I started finasteride two weeks ago. It is possible that the dryness i have been experiencing is from that. It is really helping. I hope this can be resolved because it is not a good environment for hair groth when your scalp is dry. It seems to go from oily to dry. And I am getting exzema also. I fi don;'t take this I may go bald. This is tough situation Marvin
